so your 3 shots of fun wound up costing that guy like a week (assuming low play time grinder) worth of grinding,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,oh-joy

all you all say this is balanced? maybe in your own eyes, with a pair of horse blinders on.

you all say tuff stay off the terms? and then you could grind about 20k of xp a week.

jedi arent supposed to be on the terminals bro ------------------ they are, or you would have nothing to do

our job is to make sure they get off as quickly as possible---------------true

so that they can go grind in peace and saftey (from bh's)-------------------not in the state that this game is in

jedi should thank us when we kill them (if they are grinding)----------------- i dont think so, and to top it off, jedi are still being punished by the old, unbalanced system. pre-cu you could get back lost bh xp in a buff,,,, post-cu you can get back lost bh xp in a week

funny, they used to cry that it took a week or twoto gain back that which was lost. was that all a lie? and week ago they could do it in a buff or less. not saying that it is not harsh at the moment but you know the story of the boy who cried wolf.

In the old system, a BH death + clone typically setme back between 1.5 and 3 hours, depending on where I was in the grind. Then again, I was a fast grinder. Nowadays as a full Jedi, xp comes about 1/3 as quickly with a group (with double xp week), or around...1/7 as quickly solo. Once this double xp week is over, a BH death really will take you more than a week to work off (solo, assuming you don't want to land back on the terms)if you grind for 3 hours a day.

I laughed out loud when I read that part, "Jedi should be thanking us for killing them." Yes, thank you for setting me back in my progress. Once the respec period is over, I'll find out your password and log onto your toon and drop the investigation line so you can thank me too!

It's the kind of attitude I see in this thread that makes me want to keep my Jedi logged on and in my housewhile I'm at class tomorrow.

Same here. My heart I swear almost stops when I was tracking my first Jedi. I got near where he was, and of course he was surrounded by his guild mates so I panic. I had him about 60m form me so I try a sniper shot, but stupid me I had changed around my hot keys earlier in the morning so now my cover was where my sniper used to be. Needless to say I kept hitting cover up and one of his guildies flyies over and of coursr discovered me and said "nice cover" I am like you think. Anyway I let them push me around and I never did get a shot on the little Padawan. I had forgotten that the only one who can attack is the mark.

This was all on my 1 hour lunch break.

Anyway I told the dude on the speeder I leave you in peace, and he said me or my guild, and I responded whoever. If I can just ignore these people, but my dumb butt is to nice and friendly. Gotta stop that.

Anyway congrats on your first Jedi kill. Keep them falling

O-shua im not sure. could have been the fact he was out hunting. i suspect his force heal powers were pretty drained by the time i showed up. he was engaged in a fight when i did arrive so his force powers would have definatelly been drained. for some BH's that may be the difference between life and death? i suspect he was an easy kill to begin with....not sure bout differences in our templates but i have a sweet laser rifle that hits at just under 500dps might have helped a bit. only really took couple hits to take him down.....i;m guessing it depends greatlly on the jedi.....my first one wasn't as easy.
