I'm all for profession only content, like they have started doing in RoTW. I've seen Smuggler only quests and Weaponsmith only quests in the Caverns. But no BH only quests, i think anyone can do Bobba's Clone Wars Relics Quests...

i think this is a great idea but their should also be more tools bh can use to defete jedi, make it take more planning and stuff
like littl ethings we can throw on them that drain their force pool for such and such time like 20 seconds or what ever and like cloking
devices that make us invisible such items shoudl be able to be bought for money or maby bounty faction points say every time you kill a mark let it be smugler or jedi or npc you get points that you can spend like faction points (NPC's woudl give less because they are easier).
however the hardest part would be keeping everyone from going eigther bh smugler or jedi, the fact is bh is a good profession because after you master theirs atleast something entertaining to do iv finished my template and now all i do is quests, PvP and jedi hunting, if im not grinding fs xp (yes im goin for jedi its about the only fun thing to do now, and if i dont im atleast getting ranged speed 4)
just an idea but it would make things more fun to actually have a change against high level jedi. Smugglers should deffinantly be fair game to they do illegal stuff so should be hunted

Perhaps Jabba's ranked BH's could take missions on Black Sun BHs who fail a mission? and if you die to another BH from a mission you lose a rank, or fame XP... This would add Risk/Reward for BHs in this system as well. ( and who wouldnt like to take another BH on 1 on 1?)
Anyone like this idea? I think its a great way to give us a chance against higher level jedi.

Only problem i see with this. Fight Clubs. As you well Know, you could just grind the Jedi Alts over and over again. Exclude the Player Jedi / player BH from the Ranking System, and i think you have a novel idea.

BHs would only get XP for completing missions. Would people find friends missions to kill? most likely.... that is the main reason that Knights need a new death system. XP lose means nothing to knights atm, That is why fightclub came to be.

With the new BH changes and the FRS being redone... I think its time to bring this back up.. perhaps with Ranks we can get names back? 
With no way to hunt with friends anymore do the Devs really expect us to go out hunting a random mission that ends up being a "Jedi Master" solo? Well if we had a way of gaining strengths and defenses to combat them...
Jedi is the only Alpha Class in this game.. and I have seen the unbalanced PvP caused by Jedi Masters before.

Anyone like this idea? I think its a great way to give us a chance against FRS Knights once the system is put back into place. Since we can no longer group hunt, it would be our only chance against Knights, and is a great end game idea for us.

great idea, i like it alot..
i thinkt he fact of risk/reward is good fro all professions..
being a old school bh.. mastered it too many times to count, this would add content and other factions.

Alright, just so you all know, there will NEVER be a system like this implemented, but it's fun to dream.
BHRS- Reffering to the Bounty Hunter Ranking System. Similiar to the FRS, this is a system where finished templatedBounty Hunterscan continue beyond their profession through killing set amounts of player jedi/smugglers/whatever other player bounties we'll never get.
To enter into the BHRS, you must, first, Master the Bounty Hunter profession, and attain level 70. At that point, you will take a series of quests from either Lord Vader, Admiral Ackbar, or Jabba the Hutt.
You recieve 1 BHRS EXP for every 1,000 credits of the mission payout when you succeed. You lose the same for when you fail.
The BHRS has 3 seperate trees, and there is the possibility to climb the top of 2. The trees look as follows.
Bounty Hunter Intelligence
BHI 1: 5,000 XP
+10 Droid Tracking Speed
+5 Droid Updates
+4 Second Delay (Delays time jedi can attack the Bounty Hunter)
BHI 2: 15,000 XP
+10 Droid Tracking Speed
+5 Droid Updates
+4 second Delay
Also allows 1 additional jedi mission, for a maximum of 2 at any given time.
BHI 3: 45,000 XP
+10 Droid Tracking Speed
+5 Droid Updates
+4 Second Delay
Also shows jedi names on terminals
BHI 4: 150,000 XP
+10 Droid Tracking Speed
+5 Droid Updates
+4 Second Delay
No need to talk to informants
BHI 5: 500,000 XP
+10 Droid Tracking Speed
+5 Droid Updates
+4 Second Delay
After you recieve thelocation from your arakyds, your Mission will display the jedi's template
Bounty Hunter Technology
Somegadgets take up a slot(s) within armor, but can be removed to get that slot back. Can be made by Weaponsmiths, Armorsmiths, and Droid Engineers, And Bio-Engineers for some ammunition.
BHT 1:
+ 1 Wrist Launcher (3 slots, Made by Armorsmith. Useless without Ammunition.)
Slow Poison Dart (Snare effect, lasts 30 seconds. Made by Bio-Engineer. Needs to be loaded into Wrist Launcher)
BHT 2:
Infection Dart (Poison effect. Does a base of 100 damage every 5 seconds, with a base lasting time of 1 minute. Both damage and lasting time can be increased by the Bio-Engineer)
Wrist Cable (Rooting effect. Lasts 10 seconds. Made by Weaponsmith. Needs to be loaded into Wrist Launcher)
BHT 3:
+1 Wrist Launcher
+ 1 Bounty Combat Droids (These droids will track your marks. Made by Droid Engineers. Once the fight begins, they will assist you in fighting. Damage doneand health on them depends upon the crafting process. At +1, only 1 will help you. If you have +2, 2 will help you. ETC.)
BHT 4:
+1 Bounty Combat Droids
Wrist Flame Thrower (Does a base damage of 800, and applies a Fire DOT of 400 every tic. Made by Weaponsmiths)
BHT 5:
+1 Bounty Combat Droids
Paralyze Dart (Mezmerizes the target for 40 seconds. 5 minute cooldown between use. Made by weaponsmith.)
Cloak Generator (Cloaks the bounty hunter, making him invisible to everything around him. Can only be kept activated for a short amount of time. Made by Armorsmiths)

After mastering 2 trees, you can choose one more Elite box. This box depends entirely on which trees you mastered.
Intelligence - Gadgets : 5,000,000 exp
Bounty Terminal Pad: This terminal, carried within the Datapad, made by Droid Engineers, allows you to choose Bounty Hunter missions anywhere.
Intelligence - Combat: 5,000,000 exp
Mental Control: This innate ability, makes the jedi unable to guess or confuse the Bounty Hunter's thought. Thus, all shots bypass saberblock, and the Bounty Hunter is not tricked by Cloak.
Gadgets - Combat: 5,000,000 exp
+3 Bounty Combat Droids
Infect Dart does 100% more damage.
Wrist Flamethrower does 100% more damage.

interesting idea - certainly a fun thing to dream about.
there should be a rule that if a BH decides to take on the BHRS, that toon would not be able to unlock a jedi - it'd make the BH vs Jedi a bit more meaningful, and'd create a whole new dedicated BH community.
