no need for to have x/x/x/4 in tka, you are already capped at x/x/x/1, use the other points to get novice medic..

Forgot that setup was more effective before the 125 cap. 
Medic is definitely good to have. And you'll get plenty Combat XP saved up in case you do want to pick up the rest of that line after the cap is removed. But that'll be a *little* while longer....

if the cap wasent there I would have done master pistoleer, master fencer, def line tka, and some other def line 
with the recent changes (on tc2) to the aiming core system, I doubt they will ever remove the caps..

That new 'your minimum roll will never always be higher than someone elses maximum roll' stuff? I hope they get that working so we can getaway from the'no, I already have my +125, so I don't need anymore' idea they are forcing on people now.

well, people will always be defence stackers, cose simply... defences is king in swg pvp...
I rarely use rifles for pvp... I dont like being called fotm
although imo, fencer in pvp is a lot more fotm then rifles...

do you know what stat migration for a wookie is? what i do is i compensate for my stat migration towards mind by eating canapes and brandies. As for the wookie armor, ive learned to live with it until they fix it, like many things of SWG lol. Also what are experimentation points? aslo, what does startle do? not startle shot but the effect of startling?

yes it would it is very good defence , it all depends on the person behind the char thought , dont just spam moves like unarmed hit 3 and kd2 , like alot of tkm , it gets you no were

Keep the pike defense, master fencer. IF you want to do hardcore pvp.
I don't endorse pvp though....it ruins your life

what do you guys think about this template for pvp
master fencer
master brawler
tka 4000
swordsman 3040
marksman 0400
pistoleer 2040
this leaves me with 0 points left,unless i did it wrong,but i think thats it. What do you think about this for pvp

leave off the pistol stuff - pistoleer and swordsman areweak without master
Do:
Master swords, fencer, brawler and either TKA 4304 or some medic
That'll give you lots of defense, kinetic, blast, and stun damage, ability to target the mind pool and the health pool, meditation, intimidate 2, and speed bonuses from brawler
