They are in the game now, but are currently broken because we cannon use our droids to track them. However, this is going to be fixed in the upcoming patch. They will (should) work properly once that comes out.

Do you have to be Master BH to get these missions or can anyone with Invistegation IV get it?

I was pretty miffed when I read the new patch notes. I kept asking myself, "wth is the point in being a BH?". Without xp loss, there is no influence on the power of Jedi, and so no reason to have the bounty hunters.
Anyway, my crazy idea is to change the purpose of the Bounty Hunter in SWG. Basically for sub-FRS Jedi, if a BH completes their mission, the Jedi becomes perma-overt. Of course, this is not quite as big of an inconvenience as losing xp. But at least there is a reason to have bounties.
Other variations might include that Mr. Vader would now know where to find the Jedi and come kill them randomly, or send other NPCs to harass them.

Don't worry about Jedi and skill/xp loss.
In my opinion Bounty Hunting should be about completing the mission and collecting the bounty.
Does it really matter that much if the Jedi loses skill/xp to the Bounty Hunter. What would matter to me is getting my creds.

I started grinding out a BH character long long time ago when the game was first out. I decided to pick up my character again and finish it off to become MBH. So now that I am part of the ranks I would like to ask a question since I have heard from several sources and read in the forums the different tactics employed to take down Jedi marks.
My brother mentioned to me that he was grouped with two Jedi one time and this guy comes walking up out of nowhere and they ask him what he(he's a BH)is doing. The BH says "oh, i'm just collecting some hide for some crafting job" and they just leave him be. So the BH continues what he is doing and waits till the opportune time to strike at the Jedi and BAM! Good as dead Jedi. My brother mentioned how upset the group was and that it was a dirty trick. I just laughed because I like the ideas Bounty Hunters are employing to take out their marks. What's even funnier is that the BH comes back to the same group and apologizes for killing the Jedi. The group continues to grind and the same BH strikes at the second Jedi and almost gets him, but someone pulled the house trick and let the Jedi in to heal and recover. The BH lost the second fight, but not by much. He would have won had the Jedi not ran inside and had a chance to recover.
I also read in the forums about a duo BH group that only searches out Jedi who flaunt their skills openly as to be bragging. They take note and search out for them on the BH terms for missions. Then they take them out.
Another was the BH who grouped with a Jedi to kill his mark, having decieved him.
All good ideas. I like the way things are working out. I know a lot of Jedi are upset about how many BHs there are, but it seems everywhere I turn their are at least three or four Jedi flaunting their sabers and skills. I mean, aren't the Jedi suppose to be rare at this time. Don't they know when they start their characters what it means! They become immediate targets! People are going to want to kill them, especially BHs! That's what we're here for!
Anyway. Just like to say. I don't think that employing dirty tricks is such a bad thing. It adds fun to the atmosphere of things and teaches Jedi to always be on guard(as they should). Plus, BHs are suppose to be cunning and sneaky, whatever it takes to kill their mark.Just saying, good job, great thinking!!!

Absolutely. Dirty tricks are what BHing should be about. If its honorable, honest dueling you want, you're in the wrong prof.
Just as long as you don't resort to anything that breaks the EULA.
