Kash is a quest world....not a grind world. Xp should only be gained there by doing quests.

While I agree with you here Robaroo, I am sure you are also aware the best way to NOT get what you want is to make a petition. Devs have stated this many many times. Good luck however as I do support this.

1st.) Any BH that can't locate his mark on Kashyyyk should not be a BH at all. The only BH's that I see complaining about this are the whineyrespec's. I, and others like me, who despise afk'ers consistantly hunt them on Kashyyyk without ANY problems at all. How frickin hard is it for you to take 10 min of your life and run through the instances to find your mark?

Most people who gripe about this are the ones who run the trail from the very beginning completely unaware that there is this nifty NPC called the "Trail Master" that will teleport you to whatever part of the trail you want to go to if you complete his mission.

2nd.) In the Bounty Hunter interview, SOE already stated that Kashyyyk is working as intended and there were no plans in the forseeable future of ever changing it.

3rd.) Stop blaming the players who utilize Kashyyyk. They're using what SOE gave them to work with so if you want to piss and moan about it yell at SOE not the ones who are grinding there.

4th.) Finally,let's not forget that even though Jediprobably comprisethe vast majority of grinders on Kashyyyk.. .THEY'RE NOT THE ONLY ONES. There are many, many, MANY other non-Jedi who go there as well. They should not be punished because some weak BH's want everything handed to them on a platter.

I think that sums up my opinion on it. The people grinding on the trails will be gaining tons more vis then someone killing gurks. They are gonna be on the terms awhole lot more. This will create alot more bh visits. The trails will not be aprofitable jedi grinding spot post pub 20.

If it's any consolation not all Jedi took the Kashyykian route.

I have mainly hunted on Tat and Dant....as the 20 or so BH's who have slaughtered me can attest to.

What I am afraid of now though is that this will inevitably increase attacks on Jedi who AREN'T grinding on Kash. That being the case, it is just human nature that more and more Jedi are going to drift towards a percieved "safe" grinding spot.

And frankly, if a Jedi grinds on Kash...he is cheating or exploiting etc. But if trying to grind out xp on planets that aren't considered as safe havens(i.e. Dantooine) only results in more deaths (more xp loss) what is the incentive for trying to do the "right" thing?

I posted this very question here some few weeks ago. If a Jedi like me tries to play things straight, what happens is we get hunted more....plain and simple. My attempts to do things the right and honorable way only resulted in my getting killed more than my peers.

I'm not gonna change the way I do things....and a lot of Jedi won't. But, I can very easily see why the low level padewans do take safer routes.

publish 20 sucks.

with the removal of TEF sSWG has gotten mamby pamby.

Its only a matter of time before they remove BH missions on Jedi altogether.

Devs are weak wristed pacifists who hate PVP and are undermining it at every turn. PVP bases lost their turrets on the last patch. Now with Pup 20 apprentice BHs are kicked out of the Jedi hunting fun. (I'm Master BH but still...)

They erased the PVP only zone near Kessel in JTL.

They wont be staisfied untill PVP is gone completely (like battlefields) and Jedi are the only Profession anyone has. (I bet Combat medics are the next to get the NERF axe).

Petitions won't solve this, only MASS FIRINGS and SOE will.

Oh and the Life signs on Kasshyk are too high , and ENDOR's arent?

They are even neutering PVE , NYms goons dont attack you If you have negative faction points , nobody does except the imps or if you attack them first.

SWG really lost it's gojones. Its lifeless and lame now.. After two years the game should be better, not worse. And Screw JTL, I have more fun Playin Starfighter 1 and 2 on PS2, and Xwing Vs Tie in PC. Why can I fly my Xwing over land and destroy a PVE base? and Why cant I land it anywhere? Because this game sucks thats why.
