Thread: Pub 20 Turn off all Wookie World XP Petition

devs dont read petitions... but if you want to take away xp from worlds for jedi how about take away payments? sounds fair to me
Kash is a quest world....not a grind world. Xp should only be gained there by doing quests.

In light of the upcoming Publish 20 i would like to petition for XP to be turned off on Wookie World.
I agree that pub 20 will make things alot more interesting, however it will be impossible for BH to capture any mark hiding on WW if we cant get their name beforehand. As it is now with all the instances etc, finding your named mark is ridiculous.
Jedi are laughing in our faces knowning that pub 20 seems to have created a loop hole for all jedi grinding there.
If allXP was turned off, thenjedi have the benefit of enjoying what the planet offers, whilst forcing them grind onother planets where a BH has a chance at finding them.

While I agree with you here Robaroo, I am sure you are also aware the best way to NOT get what you want is to make a petition. Devs have stated this many many times. Good luck however as I do support this.

"after pub 20, ryatt trails wont have jedi. THe wookies will give vis, why get vis when you can hunt with a group on tat, dant, rori, naboo, talus, or lok and not gain vis. Pub 20 in away fixes the trail problem, althoough you will have a whole new set of problems.
The only jedi on the terms in a few weeks will be the ones showing off at starports (full template or noob moron jedi) or the ones that grind on npcs. (i. e. feral wookies) You may catch an occasionall quester after he has killed some quest npcs, but alot of the jedi might wait until after full template to continue questing. Oh yeah, the pvp jedi will be on there too. (this is good, because this is why so many went bh to begin with, to attack the jedi ruining the GCW.)"
I think that sums up my opinion on it. The people grinding on the trails will be gaining tons more vis then someone killing gurks. They are gonna be on the terms awhole lot more. This will create alot more bh visits. The trails will not be aprofitable jedi grinding spot post pub 20.
I have mainly hunted on Tat and Dant....as the 20 or so BH's who have slaughtered me can attest to.
What I am afraid of now though is that this will inevitably increase attacks on Jedi who AREN'T grinding on Kash. That being the case, it is just human nature that more and more Jedi are going to drift towards a percieved "safe" grinding spot.
And frankly, if a Jedi grinds on Kash...he is cheating or exploiting etc. But if trying to grind out xp on planets that aren't considered as safe havens(i.e. Dantooine) only results in more deaths (more xp loss) what is the incentive for trying to do the "right" thing?
I posted this very question here some few weeks ago. If a Jedi like me tries to play things straight, what happens is we get hunted more....plain and simple. My attempts to do things the right and honorable way only resulted in my getting killed more than my peers.
I'm not gonna change the way I do things....and a lot of Jedi won't. But, I can very easily see why the low level padewans do take safer routes.
