The fact is, Bounty Hunters should not be alone in being able to hunt jedi, when they're TEFed (and this from a bounty hunter, hey, I'd like an exclusive ticket at em), they should be, as you so uneloquently say, 'gank'able. You wave a lightsaber in front of the wrong person, you're asking for it. It makes no sense that Jedi can hunt stormtroopers with their saber andthe only thing they're doing wrong is killing Imperial NPCs.... they're waving sabers in front of people that are paid greatly for killing them.... Duh? Makes no sense.
