Although I would love to have skills above the current Master levels of today. I think SOE is on the right path by improving other professions first.
Squad leader, and particularly ranger professions are looking real good, .. on "paper". We will see how it looks in game.

Well, I still think it is a good idea to be able to go further than master xxxx, to be able to have apure rifleman template, bh, pistoleer or what ever would be good.
I really like some proffs like rifles and bh, if you had an all time favourite it would be really good to spend all your skill points on one proff. Instead of having to get other proffs that ur not really interested in just to use points up.
Could get tomaster rifles then have option to dump other skills to free up points and move onto the next level,
But, im tired now, itslate and i just got in from work - my brains not up to all this thinking :/far too complicated atm

And another thing, just so I dont look selfish.. im notsaying i want it right now straight away, i agree that the other proffs need fixing first. You cant build on rotten foundations.
If it happened in 1 yr or 2 (if im still playing) it would be ok
(added 'not' between 'im' and 'saying' lol looked pretty bad hehe)
