Yes I hate that and I think a player should be judged on what they've done in the game not how long they dida mindless task.

I spent my time playing the game and I'm a good bounty hunter. I know tons of Jedi that have finished Jedi but they haven't even mastered a pilot profession and they bought JTL the day it came out.

Well seeing as we jedi let a lot of you guys join the AOE groups we create,to help yougrind your toon to master BH,You think you'd have a little more respect for us ?

Who do you think helped you to get to MBH in the first place ?

Theres not one BH on any of the servers that can honestly say at some point during his grind to MBH MCM, that a jedi wasnt in any of the groups he joined ??

I don't mind being hunted, i do enjoy the fight too !. Its just the loss of jedi xp that pissed me off so much, I'm now at the stage of paying the BH after the fight not to DB me !!!!

Please if u want complain so much become a master armorsmith. weaponsmith, droid engineer, artisan, chef, or tailor. When u become those profs then I will start to agree with what u say

lol Im not sure if your registered date displays your actual game playing time, but most of us older jedi did have to become master armorsmiths, weaponsmiths, droid engineers, artisans, chefs, and tailors during the profession grind days. Most mastered 25+ profs, so are you going to man up and agree with what we say?

Whoop-De-freakin-do, you only grinded those profs because u needed to back in the holo-grinding days. You probaly mastered those profs, and then dumped them, then moved on to the next one that same day. You didnt do because u wanted to, u did because u had to. So dont come at my neck saying I dont know what im talking about. You probaly just ASSUMED I was a new BH, but I forgive you.

Jedi have alot to complain about even without BH's to consider. For example,there are a plethera of issues that need to be addressed(snare nerf, the AI nerf, lack of good pearls, no FRS, etc.), but will never prolly receive even a response from a dev. Jedi has also been the most "changed" profession in the game. Every single time the devs change an aspect of jedi that means they must regrind. So your argument about expectations is moot my friend. Think about this:

You put the work in to grind up to Master BH just to get the ability to hunt jedi, but then later the devs put in a requirement that for each jedi mission it will cost 2500 investigation xp to pull a player jedi mission. That might change things for you enough to not want to do BH anymore right? Well NOW you are finally getting a glimpse of that jedi are having to face with each patch since the CU hit.

When I choose to go jedi it was at a time where the power they had was well worth the risk of being hunted and the isolated grind. Now, it is sad that a new BH can almost go head to head to me if they have master CM just becuase of their healing abilities (yes this is being addressed in this next patch). Yet, I hope you see the point I am making.

Please realize this is not me crying, this is me stating FACTS and trying to relate to the BH community that when we die to a BH, especially for a grinding paddy, it does have an effect on morale. Its even moreso difficult for the old timer jedi who got to experience the power and now to find that all the work they went through was wasted on the now watered down version of jedi we have. Oh I totally agree with you, trust me I feel the same way when I lose to a targeted jed, some will rub it in your face. But the reason the DEVS have changed it so much is one thing, three simple words. Balance of Power. If they were to make jedi back the way they were before it would mean that more people would be the best. This game and all MMORPGs were made solely for the purpose so people could get online, hang out with friends, andjust screw around pretty much, while having a good time. Because jedi is in the game, yes that is the best prof to have, but it dosent make you the best player. Thats why I play this game, because nobody can possibly be the best player in the game. And if you consider yourself the best, that is because others have told you that u are the best they have met. There are so many reasons that they have really nerfed jedi but that is the main one. I have been a Bounty Hunter on Kauri for 7 months, I grinded investigation solely on hunting Jedi. And let me tell you this, Not one jedi was an easy fight. That is because both jedi and bh, and I know im going to get flamed for this one, are the same. If you ask why, the reason is simple, because the jedis abbilites were solely created to defend themselves. Same goes for the Bounty Hunter. Why because the Bh hunts the Jedi and then the Jedi fights back(if he/she dosent run). In the long run though the power of balence has always been shifted but then it comes back into balence when on prof gets "nerfed", yes it seems hard but thats the only way to keep things running. If some of the demands I here from both BH and Jedi were met, this game would fail. That is just all my opinion, flame me if you must to make yourself feel better, because I dont care anymore!

Yep. I can in all honesty*. Besides, most grinding Jedi I run into are so uppity, they either don't let non-Jedi in, or when I've invited them into a group, they decline when they see no other Jedi in the group...

*I did join a group with a Jedi in it for a few minutes until he left, but that's because I'm re-grinding a bit of cm.

I did the BH grind before spinning was the norm...and as far as the mcm spin grind, there's so many other cm/doc's...if three of you just spam the bactasprays, you'll be fine...

And notice how I said that I've *tried* to group with Jedi...it's just their elitist uppity attitudes that make me want to hunt them more....I don't care how much time you post-cu Jedi have spent killing banthas and bols...just means that you have an awful lot of time on your hands.

I don't recall Yoda ever telling Luke, "go kill 8 billion rontos and a Jedi you will become"...or "buy your Jedi on ebay and full template power you will have"...personally I think being able to "grind" Jedi (especially afk) is a joke...

I just think the attitude of entitlement and "uberl33tness" that an awful lot of Jedi have is ridiculous...so when I kill one and get hate tells, it just makes me want to hunt more and more...

BUT that's not to say I haven't met some awesome Jedi (all Imperial...go fig) throughout my hunts who have given me tips/help/practice duels and understand this is just supposed to be a fun game...and have enough RL self-esteem that they don't need to be pr!cks to boost their sad little egos...

So in other words, the only cool Jedi I've met are the ones I've hunted...every other one I've talked to...ugh. Pathetic.

I dont mind being hunted, i think its fun and exciting, but heres an example of what i'm trying to say...................

Two people start to grind

1 has just got to jedi padawan,1 has still some to grind to get M BH

They get into a regular group, make friends, and grind for a few weeks and keep bumping into one another and joining the same groups.

The BH gets to master, The jedi padawan still has lots to gring cos of the JEDI 1.5 xp per kill compared to the 6 or 7k BH xp

The BH gets a mission, Gets to his mark and finds out its the guy hes been grouping with.

What does he do ? I 'll tell you, Kills the jedi real easy,cos the jedi has still lots to grind and he's an easy to kill, then Death blows him

How does this make the JEDI feel, with lost xp, after being in a group with this guy, Playing the game together ?

I don't need to tell you cos you already know the answer,

So theres 2 options pay the BH

Or RUN RUN RUN!!!
