Lightsabers do energy damage, so armor may be helpful. Remember they also do elemental damage - but armor haselementalresists as well. I'm still not entirely sure on the armor issue, I don'treally feel like field testing it.

My reasoning is that if you have the certifications for the armor, and can wear it with no encumberances - then you may as well wear it into battle with your mark. Besides - if the Jedi doesn't kill you, some stupid NPC might aggro you and finish the job.

What professions do u m=have to no or wud make it ezier to become a BH??? i new so i wanna no this cuz i planning on becoming a bounty hunter.

Close to MBH ((NonRespec...grind grind grind)) just gotta finish INV 4...already combat xp maxed

just want to say ty for the guide

great tips

once i clear INV 4 may try out hunting a jedi

am master carbineer as well

yeh yeh no jedi bounties for me yet

perhaps soon

not much of a pvp er but may not sure

hate hearing whining from other players ((some dont seem to understand the whole "its a freakin game..get up, brush off, drive on))

Another change is that for Invest 1, you now have to use a novice informant. I believe BH diff level is now 1 for both novice and invest 1, BH diff level is now 2 for invest 2. I haven't made it to 3 or 4, nor have i looked at the BH level yet... so i don't know what the "bounty hunter difficulty level" is...

I hope this helps in your changing the guide.. and great guide.. this has helped me learn a different aspect of the game i hadn't learned before.

Don't know if it's been mentioned yet, but the master level informant in the back of Wayfar Cantina doesn't seem to be there anymore. I had to drop in Wayfar for a mark, grabbed a mission afterwards, but no informant in the cantina. All of the others I found around the area were lower level informants.

I don't think anyone has any right to cry about gank squads, especially jedi, as my very first experience (and many subsequent encounters) with Jedi was a squad of Jedi ganking players hunting PvE. I was a pre-CU lower level character and the Jedi didn't hesitate to waste me and others who were simply out hunting to get some xp. Plus I love it when Jedi stand around the corner from recruiters, waiting for PCs to go special forces and then gank them before they even know they are SF active. I get tired of Jedi and Jedi sympathizers crying about the "disadvantages" of being Jedi. As far as I'm concerned, where the storyline is factored in the game treats Jedi very gently. Also according to the storyline, Jedi could be killed by your run of the mill company of clone troopers, but it takes alot of skill, planning and sometimes a group of CL 80s to take down a Jedi in game. Jedi have the upper hand on the rest of us, so any complaining from them or on their behalf falls on deaf ears where I'm concerned.
