I have a small problem that I hope the respectfull mayors of this game can help me out with.

ok here goes the long version.

several months ago I was having problems with one of my council members constantly bad mouthing the city and its citizens across guild chat every single day

(He is one of the jedi power gamers that think if you do not pvp you just suck and arent worth living in the city.)

Well the unfortunate part is that 99% of our city do not like to pvp and do not like being told that they areworthless across guild chat every day. I let this go on longer than i should have and ended up removing him from the council and guild hall admin.

When that happenhe became outraged and I had forgotten that I had let him have thepassword for my DOC alt character(big mistake)

He logged in my character deleted all his blocks took his money and took everything from the guild hall

which had alot of citizen donations in it.

After he pulled that I kicked him from the guild and wrote a csr ticket with (little response and nothing done).

With help from our fantastic citizens my character and the guild hall was back up by the endof the week.

Ok fine water under the bridge and spilled milk, life goes on.

well the guy still comes around jacking with citizens and challenging them in duels and runs for mayor every election

stirring up citizens and making my email account burst with concern (you know just being a general D%#$)

Short version

can the militia ban a citizen of the city?

Please help im at my wits end with this guy. Im hoping maybe if he couldnt use the shuttle port he would just move and leave the rest of the city at peace.

to the best of my knowledge, no, you can't cityban someone who lives in the city. You could always try posting about his actions on your server's forums and see if you can't shame him into moving out of your city.

MBH has some nice Specails butwhen it comes to range power its Rifleman hands down in my book.Iwould go with Master Rilfeman MSL and some medic/CM.

Ihad my MSL friend Give me Volley fire (reduces enemies armor effectiveness) and High Yeild (you cant give this to yourself but it increases the damage you put out) and i was able to hit a TKM/Mpike/Doc for 7K damage with sinper shoot.

ok then m8 I've done CM exactly never

What CM branch would you suggest I takeup? I plan to deal with PvE Npc sistutations only not PvP stuff...

well untill Pub 24 i could solo anything with my temp (MR-MBH-xxx4cm) that last line has the 2min snare plus Thypiod Ruptre. i would kite GDK,Krayts,Gorax, you name it all day with that temp.

but now those High end Mobs have very high resistence to E-drain so im at a lost right now.

If you want good healing go with 4xxxCM everyone else does
