If you are referring to CoF, no, it has been on the map since Feb. 2004.

If you are referring to the BH trainer, I think it has been there for several months now.

I found the MIA Informants for Kaadera. There are 2 - yes 2 - swimmingon top of each otherat /waypoint 4578 6092 . This was on the starsider server, and I don't know about the other servers for sure. Hope this helps those needing the informants. I also know 1 of themis a level 4.

Tanks said he was going to look into our missing informants, especially the lucky despot in mos eisely.

My guess is that they moved that informant to make room for Han and Chewie in the back room, which is stupid because they are worth millions to people like us and we can't kill them (or at least try).

Is that a player city?

The ones listed are static ones in NPC cities, not player cities. If this had player cities it would unmanageable, I am sure it is unweildly as it is now.
