Humm, I also hunt with a Master Doc, but has recently got his TKM. So I guess I should get him to keep the pets alive instead of being in the action all the time now. I'm also a Master Ch and Master Pistoler. I can get a striker pistol, however, if they have 100% resist to that as well, shouldn't my FWG5 work as well. I have alot of pre-nerf FWG5's that I had collected, I use them only when the situation calls for some greater fire power. They are damaged sliced to max 272, and I use a 33% max 16% min powerup on them. How long does it take to bring one of these down.

I am having trouble with fighting nightsisters and wondered if anyone had any tips. ?

Im master doc / Pikeman 2 3 3 2 at the mo however i need to get some attachments to i8mprove pike speed / defense etc. now these things dont come cheap so i thought i would try to loot some from the nightsisters along with some nice lances, but they kill me every time. i go fully buffed ( im buffing 2525 all 8 stats) so the buffs are ok i have a lva dmg 428 and sliced for speed to 2.1 but i keep getting wasted. i have a couple of dots / poison / disease / fire but still i get wasted.

I owned nightsisters for months as a pikeman. For loot, your best bet are protectors and spellweavers. The trick is to get them alone and not go after groups (until youre master pikeman)get high end composite, make sure to keep them intimidated so their damage is half of normal, and always always run if they are packing a power hammer or stun baton.

to keep them intimidated I made a macro that was:

/ui action clearCombatqueue;
/intimidate1;

and I hotkeyed this to my numpad plus key. whenever the intimidate came off I would hit that key until it stuck. You dont have to worry about spamming it up because of the clear combat queue

I was half pistoleer when I fought them, so my trick of pulling a single nightsister was to go prone, shoot with any bleed shot, and then peace. Once the bleed ticks only the one you hit will aggro you and she'll come running for you (where ever you decide to wait for her)

Nightsisters are hot

On Eclipse, I camped their caveout for 2 weeks and didn't get any NSELs.

I did get quite a few average/below average VLs though, nothing special.

i have a few from pre-cu that are like 2.5 or below speed at 450-950+ damage,but yeah im running low so does anyone know if they do still drop those, cause i want some more uber VLs

they still drop them but i haven't seen any good ones yet
