SOE didnt publish a date so far, but my guess would be either on the 2nd or the 9th seeing usually publishes are left on TC over a weekend, polished on Mondays and pushed live on Tuesdays.
Just to put an end to the thinking that Jedi CA's make a Jedi uber, it does not.
With diminishing returns I'd say most of the crap is worthless. Accuracy MIGHT be worth it but the max they could ever possibly get is 50.....crappy food can counter that lol.
This is coming from a Jedi with boat loads of CA/AA's, it doesn't really help my template at all (who knows maybe the mods are broken). if I were only a BH and looted a +11 Jedi modded CA, I'dsell it for as much as possible, then go buy a maxed out gun with uber armor. Heck maybe get enough CA's to buy a couple of ADK and have your armor last FOREVER (btw, I am doing this currently and it's nice to not have to worry about armor anymore)
Also like to mention if there is any nerf calls to BH's getting this loot that is about the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard (refering to Tanks saying some Correspondents already want to nerf the loot drops). People can farm NPC missions on Talus to get these CA/AA and they are TEN times as easy.....not to mention you don't have to use droids and travel around. And if it's because BH's can actually loot BH ARmor schems......Wow BH's being the ones to loot BH armor, who would have thought that crazy idea up lol. These nerf calls are unwarranted.

There are however people logging in from all over the world (earth) for you to interact with. Taking it all as a Personal Jab because the game goes against "Palpys Plan" is a little worrysome don't you think?
Maybe its time for the people who freak the hell out over this crap to get some help, in the form of Narcotics.

Now as for the Loot. Look we all......Most of us have been around long enough to know whats looted on TC dont always show in live. So its all cool now. But when it hits live and is the way it is in TC. Ill Be a happy MBH.
