Are we sure that speed cap is 1? Cause my Trando Rifle sure seems to fire alot faster than my 1 second LD-1 Rifle. Actually I know it fires faster. I can get 3 shots out after a KD with my Trando at .83 speed and the animation looks like one complete shot...

I actually kind of feel weird posting this, as it's probably the oldest quest Carbine in the game and not that many people even take notice to it anymore. This has actually been treating me better then my capped out Czerka Carbine, especially since the elemental damage is not mitigated by synthsteak or wafers, just wish Nym would give me something higher then 720 max damage (Don't know if that's possible, but would like to see it happen.).

PVP gankage. Not jedi mission. But definately jedi gank lol. See how long you last getting assisted on by 10 jedi to get rid of the lone ranged dude in the imp group
