I just expressed the fact that jedi doing it intentionally are pathetic and to show a bit of support and to make this post not look like a trolling post i also stated that BH clone camping innocent jedis were as pathetic,i never said EVERY jedis were doing it...whats up with everyone tonight??? lol

And IF they are in fact able to, exploiting it on purpose IS pathetic. But again, it is very possibly just a bug with your missions. I hope you don't send the offline one's who are online /tells about how lame their little exploit is, because they could very well have no clue what you are talking about.

But there's a lot of bashing going back and forth between Jedi/BH's about who is exploiting what. I'm sure any decent Jedi would agree with your statement that exploiting is pathetic.

But really, posts like these aren't helping the situation...no offense.

na man i read what you wrote, but it still doesn't make your thought any less primative in the fact that you have to get somebody back or whatever you want to call it since they used an exploit that you don't even really know is an exploit. i think the fact that this could just be a bug (possibly a bug that can be done intentionally but also might be unintentional) makes you look like an idiot coming on here and ranting. show us an SS of whatever command your friend puts in to do it or an explanation and an SS of it causing your droid not to work. until you can do that it's just a "my friend can do it" story with no solid evidence or proof... also one more questions when you wrote "EVERY jedis were doing it" what does that mean... it should be every jedi was doing it or all jedis were doing it... every jedis were doing it just doesn't sound right still stuck in 9th grade english? (sorry that was a cheap shot and a joke more than a flame )

Guess it works both ways, well thats what the jedi i clone camped earlier must have figured /shrug

I just play fair the guy did the not online trick and i finally got him today online so he ate it all the way, maybe like 10 times or somethin, funny that hed reclone ,no idea why actually.

You guys just cant expect to be threated right if you pull tricks like this i mean i was totally against clone camping but now seeing how jedi use this bug and exploit it,you guys just got a new clone camper.

So dirty jedi will get my dirty BH

How ironic admitting to this with the post above yours having a link to a website saying Jedi are tryin to get BH missions removed by claiming there is clone camping going on (which is non-existant according to that site).

Anyways, how many things in this game have you seen implemented the first time without bugs in it? I don't think there's been a single major development in this game that didn't have as many bugs crawling out of it as a decaying corpse. I highly doubt that the "offline" bit is any different than the millions of other bugs in the game. It probably has more to do with reliance on an already overworked server (ie. Probably uses the central chat/friend list/email server for determining online status) that can't handle the extra load.

As i said once again /sigh

I only clone camped once on 1 jedi that actually admitted doing something to show offline by himself after calling me names for killing him in the first place.

Personally I havent done this exploit to bug the BH droids but I know exactly how to do it and there is a logical reason why Jedi do this and its not to bug your precious griefing time. So next time Tard realise that there is a reason behind this and that most of the Jedi that are doing this atm have been doing it ever since they created thier Jedi. If you would use common sense you would figure out why Jedi do this and the reason is nobody likes an xp roll back especially when the roleback affects a box that costs 3.2 million combat xp. Btw Ill call you are atroll since you justify an idiots behavior when he exploits a bug to kill a Jedi multiple times.

Btw im currently tracking a jedi right now,a very good one over that, not showing offline and i didnt see him do anything unusual that would cause it,be back with more details.

I fought this guy once and he was a real challenge, ended up in a draw after he ran away with force run or speed or whatever but i never figured why cause i sure wasnt gettin the upper hand hehe...well he didnt either, was kind of well balanced anyway

Yes ive heard there is a bug that breaks the Bounty Hunter droids since the patch. However truth is though it can be done intentionally, its also very easy to do it by accident by the way its been described to me. Im sure a great many Jedi probably do this bug everyday without even knowing it. Since there is no indication or warning that they are causing the bug or doing it to get around something like with the lightsaber slicing.

The only way to even know ifit worked is to have a Bounty Hunter buddy get a mission on you, then youdo the bug, an see if his droids are broken. Like I said ive never tested this myself but it makes sense from the way it was described. I believe the guy that told me.

I would like to personally thank you Cobra. While I regret a fellow Jedi had to be subjected to your grief tactics because you felt it was your place to judge him, I appreciate your part in helping to prove my point that unconsented pvp does not work. BH missions are exactly that, and every episode wherein a jedi gets clone camped multiple times is another point in favor of doing away with them.

Much appreciated man. Keep up the good job fighting my good fight.

Regards,

-DS-

Ill repeat it again, the guy admited doing it on purpose, the day after i caught him on puter and figures he didnt "DO" the trick.

Its attitudes like yours that really make mewant to just start clone camping at will.

You know the "no matter what the bh says, all bh are griefers"

Why shouldnt i think the same of jedis???

Cause i CLEARLY stated i didnt think the same of all jedis...yet

Hi Dark,

I usually would not post how to exploit but since it is already on the BH forums... I will try not to go into detail, but people will be able to figure it out.

Most BH's believe that jedi are exploiting on purpose, and I'm sure a lot of them are.

But.

Please realize thata lotof us have our main as docs and we need to LD to buff.

I just want to make this clear, so you don't assume when you see "Your Target Is Not Online" that the jedi is knowingly exploiting.

This exploit along with the clone camping one are pathetic.

Please don't make matters worse by contributing to these lame tactics.

Hm. The talk of using mains to buff makes me think it's not router based, but system based (you do know with .cfg file, you can tell the SWG client that it's ok to run two copies of itself, right?). I find it useless to run my two accounts, personally, but if you just had a buff bot following you around it might be more workable. And as far as I know, two-clients-one-machine for two accounts and the like isn't anything like an exploit, though I could see it having side effects.

So let me get this straight, this supposed exploit is Jedi's simply logging out? Or am I just misunderstanding that?

I mean, how would you moderate that?

CSR:

Dear (so-and-so) upon review we have decided to cancel your account due to exploiting. The description of the exploit is as follows: You logged out before a before a BH could track you to kill you. The EULA states that you must remain online once a bounty on you has been accepted until the BH get's the opportunity to track you. Thank you for playing Star Wars Galaxies.

LOL, in fact, I know I must be misunderstanding this. There is no way that this is the case.
