Sorry, but as near as we can tell, the non-craftable items such as the proton carbine and alliance weapons will be available when RotW hits. You'll just have to wait since we don't have any more information than that guess.

FYI: There is a knowledgebase entry about weapon levels, No. 15691 . Its not really up to date (t-21 incorrect as example) but "should" have all weapons
Due to the changes for Weapon Certification Display in the Combat Upgrade, this list of weapons, and their certification levels and possible skill requirements has been made available.

Excellent post, Toront!
Only one thing I have to add so far... The skill requirement was removed from the DXR6 Carbine. (Thank goodness) I didn't understand that to begin with and I'm glad to be able to use it again as a Carbineer / BH.

forgive me if i missed this, but I DID read the previous posts and didn't catch it. Has anyone found the Proton Carbine Schematic yet? I've been trying my best to get my hands on one of these guns..figured I'd be pro-active in helping my WS find the parts.

I haven't seen it in my current list of schematics, thus can only surmise it is either looted or will show up in RoTW as a quest schematic, or loaded into our WS Schematics...
I want one too...
