Thread: worst tactic i have done against a jedi
If I ever get bored of my server we'll hook up on yours and nail a few Jeedai.I agree, " what ever it takes".
But that is not my preference. I have never hunted a Jedi (yet). Not that I can't train Inves 3, just that I'm going to go about hunting Jedi the way I'm going about setting up my template. I take my time. If I hurry up and grind enough to train up to MBH, so what? Killing Stormies and animads and NPC Marks does NOT make you ready to take on a real, living, thinking being. This being has plans in the game, hopes, and fears. I will fight with Honor, whether they do or not.
You need to remember that there is a person on the other end of that toon. Any Law Enforcement Officer will tell you, even though you hunt crooks and theives, they are not inanimate objects. They fight back, and they hate, and they will try to get you back sometimes, so give them respect.
I don't want Jedi to fear me, I want them to respect me and what I do.
I am the peiod at the end of their sentence.
If I get a mission on the terminals (NPC), and I run charging in, what happens? I can store my speeder 50m from the target and end up with no time to get ready. I stopa few hundred m's ferom the target, find out what CL they are, what the terain is, what other creatures are around, are they dangerous to me, to my target, in short, I size them up. And when I go in for thekill, I'm satified that I'm ready.
Anyone can grind out MBH without thinking. But the process is there for a reason. Learn from it. Leave your emotion and hatred of Jedi where it belongs, out of your work. Let the Emperor and Vader do the hating, I do the job. I'm a reb, so I could care less for the Empire, but I collect bounties of whatever kind for the pay.
but its also you bounty hunters who care so much about honor that get stabbed in the back, and how can you be honorable to a group of people who would gladly sell out there own kinsmen to bounty hunters. i have at least 4 jedi contacts who sell out there friends and other jedi, and the only reason i dont hunt my contacts and i tell them this whenever i talk to them, that they have the makings of a dark jedi or a bounty hunter even. so i dont see any point ni being honorable, and if they make it so jedi can hunt us ( donts ee why, considering its against there mandate ) then let them, ill fight back, all that good stuff, lol. but also, to each his own, this is just my opionion.

so i was at one of the smaller player cities just looking for a mission before i went off to Naboo to get the bio signature, when a jedi comes up to me and asks if i can help him with something, so i say sure, and tell him i just have to find two missions. well that worked becuase the bounty terminal was next to the mission one, so he said he would grab them too. so while he is looking for missions im looking for his name, and i grab it. i then asked what he wanted help on, and he said on finding this thing in town, so i told him its up a hill aways, and ill catch up with him in a minute, he says thanks and all that stuff and starts to walk up the hill when im prone and sniping his back and he is dead after three incaps, and the only tell i got after was a "why would you do that, i trusted you and you seemed nice" and i just laughed in responce, what do you guys think of this

alright i guess ill say what i did just to see peoples reactions. well, this guild asked me to kill this jedi becuase she almost ruined there guild and all that stuff, and they said they would each pay me an extra 50k if i did the job. so i did, and she was a 225k jedi, but when i met her, i didnt kill her right off, but instead we talked and hunted all the time, and eventually ingame got married, but this is the really facked up part, at the wedding, (my friends there knew what i was gonna do, and her entire ex guild was there waiting for this ) she comes walking up the eisle...staring in my rifle, and she went down and was killed, i took the money, and walked out with my other buddys while getting more hate tells than i have ever got in my life
