It's really cheap, actually. You simple make padawan by killing a bazillion mobs. Then you kill 3 bazillion mobs and you can choose to go light jedi apprentice or dark jedi apprentice.
It would be nice if they would put in a quest system to do either. So to complete your journey to the dark side you would have to complete some dastardly spiteful deedor to prove that you have honed your mind and accepted the teachings of the jedi you must complete a task worthy of a would-be apprentice.
As it stands, it's simply a matter of gaining enough exp then clicking which box to train when that time comes.

just wondering is it easier to become a dark jedi? isn't the dark sider easier and faster?

No, probably not anymore. Where as they light side has to vote who gets promoted, the dark side duels each other for promotion. Both side get the same powers now, as there is no seperate skill tree for dark/light side.

Well it's left to the Roleplayers to choose their skills. If people wanted dark jedi powers, they should take the powers tree. And light jedi should take the enhancer and defender trees.

How do you become a Dark Jedi? Do you have to be imperial and have done the Imperial Themepark? If so is there any way to convert if you've already done the rebel one and unlocked the FS?

You can be imperial/rebl/nuetralas a jedi, dosnt matter...
When you are doing your knight trials, there is a point where you have to choose between the light side and dark side. Once you choose and complete your knight trials is when you become a "light" or "dark" jedi knight.

You get to choose side halfway thru the Jedi Knights trails......and a Rebel can't be a dark jedi...

You can start the trails as rebel and then go dark jedi. But u have to change faction go become dark jedi knight.

I'm a rebel... and a dark jedi. Don't fall for the propaganda man! You kill tens of thousands of voritors/jantas/kungas/whatevers to make knight. There are NO light jedi... only dark jedi working with the emperor and working against him!
