my problem is that in a lot of times, i cant get that one last powerful it in, allowing them to run or last longer. i was thinking if i should pick up 0040 fencer for body hit, or if that might not work well. also, if powerhit might help?
Just try Melee strike if you need that last hit

ok i use to run into the same problem waiting for one of those attacks to be available but now instead of head hit/critical i use critical/power and then head hit. if they are still moving and you only need 1 more good dmg attack your critical attack is back and ready to use. and you dont wanna do power/crit and then head hit because you'll have to use powerattack for the last good attack and if they are trying to get outta your range and be able to heal againyoull miss because of course you gotta be standin still for it to fire.
Also if you didnt know. Power Hit does overall MORE damage then Critcial. crictical only does more damge when you actually get a Critical Strike. So for example if you got Power hit hitting for 1200. critical will be hititng for 1100 unless you get the cricital strike which will be 1300 damage
Ive PvPed almost the whole time ive been to this game. So i do have some Expiernce. My advice to you would be, take your tempelte, go somewhere where u get some good loot but hard NPC's like Krayts, Gorax's, Soloing Avatar, Soloing Vette, etc. Just get the gist of your tempelte. Use all diffrent kinds of attacks and defensive stances. Then when you feel you know everything there is to know about your tempelte ask some of your guildies/friends/ or just PvP Jedi vetts and non Jedi Vets and ask to duel.
This is what honestly determines you from the rest. A good PvPer will know if he has this tempelte then this is what to look for as his weakness. Like for example if its a Master Doctor you know that mind is everyhing if his mind is gone hes gone. Then just duel with all these people and learn diffrent startegy's and etc. and you become well known.
I know this for a fact because i am one of the only non jedi on my server who PvP consistently and im good at it too. Most jedi cant beat me and sometimes when im lucky i take down two non-jedi bymyself. It was a B!tch and a half to kill a Cm and a Swordsman but its possible. you just need to know weakness's and ur own and impravise
i already know a good part of my temp, and i beat most of who i fight. my mind in my last duel, even though it was like 8 minutes, my mind was still full (partly cause of food, but also conservation).

There is your answer, melee strike is great for a 1 2 punch. The refresh timer on it is great especially if you have a speed buff (which you should if you are pvp'ing if at all possible)

or another Idea is not to use macros for the reasons that you must be still to CoB. You can not be queing another attack or it overwrites. But yeah...
My macro is /centerofbeing and I have it bound to a key for easy use off of the tool bar saving room for food whicb can not be bound to a key.
