A few friends have told me that they still notice a difference after the +50 accuracy (+25 general/+25 weapon specific)hard caps for attachments. Has anyone else tested this and noticed a difference. Also are rifle defense tapes worth getting?

It has been tested and no they do not give any increase past the +25 for each of those (so the +50 between generic and specific tapes) The Rifle defense tapes do work so use em as well ^_^
