0.5. It helps keep the double agent Bhs from flooding the mission terminals to protect their Jedi alts. Also several bugs came up with the new patch, and the paycuts suck. Not only that but even Rebel FACTION missions took a pay cut to 1000 credits a piece. Now rebel missions arent even worth doing. I swear every idiot involved in this patch should be fired.
THE ONLY OTHER GOOD THING ON THIS PUB 20 IS DARTH VADER NOW ATTACKS JEDI WITH HIGH VISIBLITY. They promised this pre-SWG release wow tahnks for dragging your FEET forTWO YEARS to finally deliver it, devs.
You want to call Killing padawans griefing? No its punishment for jedi not remaining in Hiding like they are SUPPOSED TO DO. Now instead of them remaining in hiding the devs hide them from us by removing group visiblity and removing names (which makes alll the kasshyk jedi unhuntable) , great thinking, brainiacs. I never used five BH to hunt a padawan, I never used 1 extra Bh to hunt a padawan, most bh on sunrunner are BH in name only, and never hunt jedi or pvp. Sunnrunner is full of puss. Oh I mean sour puss (yeah right).
I swear there should be MASS firings at SOE.

Gave it another try this morn....
15 targets "Not Online"
1 target found on Talus (grinding faction in the Weapons Facility) Attacked, had Fire, Poison and such on him. was a darn good fight (He finally applied a KD on me and scooted out...biked to regen force)
so 1 in 16.... what a waste of time

Been a bounty hunter for over a year, and i reactivated my account a couple of days ago after stopping around pub 14, was enjoying getting used to the changes but now i will not be reactivating unless some changes are made to this pub 20 update.

I'm sorry, you would like a buy clue, right? How can you hunt a Jedi if all you get is "Target is not online" for every mission you pick up? Got an answer for that , Jedi Einstein?

Right...because all the "real" elite bounty hunters certainly didn't have the names and locations handed to them...just like the respecs...
gimme a break, this publish is just another horrible implementation into the already broken game, err , bounty hunter/jedi mission system...

I have been a MBH since a year and half ago and most of the time hunted solo in exception of PVP or known marks that had FR3 and such, I consider my success rate above average and as of publish 20 I like the system but the offline problem is getting annoying and needs to be addressed. Yesterday I completed 1 out of 3 mission attempts, not too bad since 1 was offline and 1 was in space.
If your mark is on Kashyyyk, so what? You have a choice to drop the mission or go and find them, no one forces you to do it.
I'd give it a 7.

The offline thing has GOT to be a bug.
When they fix that, I'll give it a 7.5... we need names on Kash for anything higher.
I wasted hours last night hunting 2 marks on Kash... one was either in an instanced dungeon or I missed in transit and the other logged after I'd finished checking the main map, the Hunting Ground and all the Ryatt instances. Seeker droids will give you online/offline status (and presumably on-planet status) , but they won't give you any other info.

I do agree that respecers were handed "freebies", and those BH 3000 templates as well, I'll tell you how I hunted Jedi pre-9 when droids didn't work, I waited at starports such as Theed or Coronet and it took days, sometimes weeks before that Jedi showed up (and sometimes drawn his LS causing a TEF) and I believe I caused one to permadeath as well, even after pub-9 I did not log on and randomly pick a mission and track them down, I knew where many Jedi would be or go and what they did.
