once they armor break you (unless you have 75% armor break armor...) does it really matter?

What kind of weapon slice do you recommend: speed, critical shot, or what? Is it different for PvE and PvP.

I have a question for ya....
I am a mbh,mcm, and I have 0,0,1,3 in pistol. With this temp, What pistols, rifles, foods do you suggest I use to kill jedi?

I do have one thing to add to all this tho, only way to become a hunter in your own league is to play the game your way.. Help is something everyone might need, but if you want to call yourself a "oracle" like the supplier of this thread, get to the drawingboard and just "learn how to play the game"
(Take the last sentance there mild, its ment more are a "practise makes perfect" comment)
Another thing many forget is that this is a MMO, you hunt other people so a mental reaction is common, so if you can in some way convince them you are superiour many will be more defencive and thats exactly were you want them - and in a "game" perspective you the Bounty Hunter are the UnderDog leaving you nothing to lose
Ill be happy to answer questions on ways to how you might achive the mental advantage if you send me a PM and i have time, but its nothing you can do overnight unless you are very lucky

Would it be better to Use the Combat Medic DoTs? or keep them off, so you can use paralyze in heated times?

i would say yes when im fighting with my med droid i dont mind when they kill it lets me land startle,
