Did you keep 0404 Pistoleer??? Maybe its a bug cause im MBH MR and some CM and I hit for the same amount (they just messed up my mabari armor with Pub 19, Im missing a chest plate and I cant wear a chest plate and gloves at the same time 
) as pre-Pub 19. I really dont think medic 0040 is worth it since you only have one heal, you probably should go 4000 CM or Novice Doc and drop Pistoleer 0404 (just my two cent) or keep ur pre-Pub 19 template.

get some deuterium pyro and accuracy SEA's to overcome that massive mdef defense.
also, if you have rifles, use aim, +240 to accuracy

Guys, what i really want to say is, pre publish 19 i could kill jk , i did 500 damage or much more and now i do CRAP, even with my first template ( mbh mrifleman 0404 pistols) and i dont know why, i cant chase any jk now, just padawans....

Im having the same problem im doing crap damage to jedi now... using a 1300+damage rifle (puped)
and i use pyro and /aim its unblievable how much less damage we do

did yall notice if the jedi had force armor on or not?force armor is the devs way of balancing our healing nerf i guess

I think they fixed jedi inate armor, or one of those crappy Jedi armor tricks

send "taela" a tell sometime on radiant tonight if you'd like...i'd be happy to duel you so we can see if its your rifle, your technique, or something to do with the jedi. if i were you, first i'd check condition and damage on gun...it might have converted to crap CU, or it might have flat out died.

I have just the oposite "problem". I don't hunt Jedi's yet, but I went from being killed by CL 39, 40, and 42+ NPC Marks as a matter of course to knocking their socks off. When they are on the 42= side, my Probot makes the difference. BTW, I just made CL 39 last evening.

ok, I ll send u a tell and let s prove what really happens. Before pre cu i could won M defenders too, not all of course but some. Now i shot = 125 damage, 30 sec and i am died what have they do to bh?????

Stop trying to one on one with high lvl jedies gank them. BH can only do a 1 on 1 with a low lvl jedi and win all the time so just get another bh or 3 or 4 to kill the hard jedies.
If you can't find all the marks mission just wait until they ehter pvp cause that the only way to kill a high mark.
Why listen to jedi when they want to fight you one on one so they can just kill you over and over again be smart gank kill or used anything on the field.
gank kill high lvl jedies
Kill one on one low lvl jedies so called paddies even doh the frs is down so all jedies are still padawans but the skill level on jedies is the only thing that is different.
Remeber bh is a weakling high lvl jedies are upper and will crush you in seconds.

Simply a theory but, when you are hitting the Jedi are you 20m or closer when you are noticing the poor dmg?
Asking simply because there is now a 20m MINIMUM distance for rifles. Not sure how it works yet, but there is the possiblity if you're inside that 20m range, it might significantly reduce the dmg you do.
I haven't had the chance to test the theory out yet though. Just a thought.
