My post was legit and pertained to the argument, infact it corrected a misconception that one particular bh had. So I know you're not talking about me.






you might have corrected me on one particular point but ironically you have shown another potential exploit being used by jedi. if solex cannot find the link then we can just find out from a CSR or pm one of the SOE people on these forums.


and yeah, the sooner the droids are fixed the better. i also agree, once the droids are fixed they can log out and in as much as they like because i will nolonger have any sympathy for ones wholog off inside or outside geo for example, i wont think twice about killing him while he is in the same 2 minute phase he/she uses for buffing. the last time i saw this, i decided to leave the jedi as it would not be a fair fight, but with all this logging out and in (i would hardly call exploiting a bug to avoid BH's tracking them fair), those principles go out the window.

It could be said that it is equally sad defending people who are cheating/exploiting, which ever way you want it, they are spoiling the game.

and i dont know where you get this idea we want it to work in our favour. you are so wrong. we just want it to work. FULL STOP. and stop cheating jedi from quickly loggin out and back into the game to break the droids being used to track them.

It doesn't matter if it is an exploit, devs wont do anything about it. Its been going on since launch on tc and since the first jedi was unlocked.

I have about 200-300 jedi on my friends list. 90% of them log in/out on a regular basis like clock work every 15-30 mins. What really convinced me was when I was tracking a jedi called "kyler". I tracked him to coronet where i witnessed him, grouped with a friend, log off before my eyes while his friend guarded him then logged on 10 seconds later and poof! My tef disappeared. I hunted him 2 weeks later but got kicked from the cantina (forgot it was a player city!). He got buffed then logged in/out. I sent a tell saying "next time" he replied with "??? sorry, computered crashed". All I can say is that a pre requisite for jedi must be to have a sh1tty computer/connection as like 90% of all jedi on my friends list "kyler" loggs in and out like clockwork.

Not every jedi does it 10% don't but 90% do, if you disagree you're either and idiot or a liar or both (probably). Oh and hello kyler sorry about what I said hope you're comp gets fixed before you play jedi again as it would be dangerous to go LD just when a BH attacks, that would really suck!

ok now I know why I have so many BH visits...I dont use exploits...damned should have know that before, atm I 'm one of the house sitters ok sometimes online and just chatting or working with another char while my jedi is online ( but I always have a respectful afk msg and most BH still try the mt to be sure so I hope I safed most of them a long way out to my wilderness camp) however. I have also an alter thats checking the terms for me and other friends and I can tell u something also about not online:

-sometimes when I'm in my alter of slot 2 my jedi is still shown online not only for me also my friends

-the terminals are full of jedi that have only logged in short to check mails etc and have been gone for hours


I cant say anything about the exploiters cause I dont work with exploits cause they make me sick ( maybe my problem I'm too fair in that part thats maybe also the reason why I'm killed so often in the past by BH). But I think if the terminals are really fixed and they still seems not to be (still jedi dont have visibility 0 after kill ( yepp we tried it and the jedi was still on the terms after db)) I think the problem number 1 is the terminal if they get to fix that half of the rent is paid. Than less BH pick up offline missions than less anger on all sides.

ok then maybeitis anexploit. Just remember how retarded it is to have to need buffs before you take part in any combat activity before you start complaining about it. Also it doesn't mean all jedi are logging off specifically to mess up droid tracking.
