Yeah, you've got it pretty much right. The schems are for craftable bh armor that can be worn but not converted to Mandalorian. I haven't had my schems used yet. The armorsmith I usually deal with was not around today. He did craft a helmet for another player last night.

i can't wait to wear a suit of BH armor.

/sigh wouldn't it be nice if the BH armor was recon armor that bounty hunters were able to use.
