The least they could do is allow us to do long quest in order to *slightly* improve on our current skills. Not asking for a Jedi template...I know how to pvp. I'm asking for a way to improve my character through hard work and alot of patience.

Hell, a long quest to rid us of having to go collect a biosignature would be very useful. Stuff like that can go a long way with me.

Could add quest to excel us in different subdivisions as well. Like better use of droids..

Rofl yeah that is frustrating, where do you do your missions out of?

to "slightly" improve your skills why become a FS bh +12 speed and acc

pearls decay, no reaso for robes to as they cant be bought, if they could be they should decay.

Adks were only implemented recently, people have long had to deal with expensive weapons decaying, it happens.

This is not a thread for flaming or anything else of the sort.

It is about introducing new content for all masters of all professions.

Not all of us enjoy space, I do not think that making a jet pack is very interesting - let alone call it content. Kashyyyk has been done, Mando armour - same as jet pack, theme parks - outdated, GCW yes, its enjoyable but its not what we are talking about, and changing professions all the time is not what I call content - but I have done it in the pastto keep me playing. Now I have mastered all the proffs that interest me, should I quit?

Look, this entire thread is not about BH or Jedi or nerfs or anything detrimental, its just a very good idea with a lot of potential which happens to be on the BH forum..hell I wish it was on everyproff's forum.

This post is not meant to be taken as a chalenge to your last one, or as a retaliation to it.

If we could all get along with each other more the game would be better. I mean absolutly no offense to any proff in this post.

Differenece between flaming and registering considerable disagreement, BH does not need to be more poewerful nor does it need mroe content.

If you can't find anything to do then really you may want to consider a new game, the next major content thing other than the 1.new expansion is likely to be FRS.. Every prof is never going to get there own "village" nor should they, 2.it is uneccesarry to make content for one profession alon and a bad idea. 3.Jedi content makes sens cause everyone who wants to be involved in that can as it is part of this games endgame.

1.You keep missing the point. The point is players (customers ofSOE)should not be forced to into choosing only one elite profession.

2. This is exactly what SOE has done

3. I don't want to be Jedi! Why should I be forced into ONE ELITE PROFESSION????

Exactly, he is missing the point.

And I agree with you, I also do not want to be a Jedi. I do think it would be great if we could have a endgame goal though.

Yeah no kidding. Big difference between SWG and WoW...WoW at launch pretty much had all its 0 to mid 50's content down pat, or very close to it. And now, less than a year since launch, the high-end content just continues to get beefed up. SWG on the other had has been in a perpetual "balancing" cycle for 2+ years, which means accept the one high-end path available (Jedi) or you're out of luck. Personally, I'm a bit shell-shocked from SWG, having to learn a new game every 3 months or so, or so it feels that way. Not trying to rant here, just giving a perspective.

I don't get this at all i played WoW for 5 months and quit at level 59, why? Because i had done every hig end dungeon availabe 10+ times, i was almost done with my suit. The honor system was just a benifit for griefing. there is no real reason to PVP, and you can only do a raid so many times, assuming you can get teh 15+ epople needed.

So do you think SWG is any better?

Actualy my original point was this: What you are suggesting will never happen, thus stop complaining about. This isn't even one of the ideas where i would like to see it but know its never going to happen, its not going to happen and shouldn't. BH's had enough attention move on to fixing bugs and fixing broken professions, smuggler anyone?

Kadaara, lag city.

As in improving skills...I was thinking of an advance underhand shot or something that adds an accuracy bonus when fired. Yeah, suppose we could do the quest in the village, but that cost skill points.

The WOW development team is very good with keeping it's high end players interested in the game by constantly pushing out content. They know they have enough content for the lower level players to get to the end game of 60, so they are very good with pushing out high end content for its vet players.

SOE needs to follow this example. My idea isa long term "village" type quest for other professions in the game, not just one.

This idea is not about BH alone, I think you misunderstand. Its an idea which would be gret if applied to all proffs. It doent even have to be a 'village' it could be a simple npc with lots of missions and quests, it could be anything, this is just a general idea to build on.

I dont want to play another game, I like this one. With all the technology available today and all the money that SOE must have, surely it cant be hard to make changes like this. Its a matter of what the people want.

Even Jedi would get something, they too could benifit from this. Like dark jedi could see a spirit of Darth Maul or something, light could get Qui Gon?

Maybe this would be better on the galaxie board so that its not looked upon as a certain groups idea thought up in a selfish way.

It is a general additions across the board, not just for us.

It seems that blkhwkdwn wants all end game to revolve around jedi and jedi content. Guess the rest of us can just go hang or be a jedi drone. I like your idea of adding much needed content to other profs and being able to gain better specials, abilities ect. Many of us have no desire to play a jedi. I enjoy my BH and would love to see other viable options than jedi hunting or npc hunting. Maybe adding other profs to the BH terms? But in any case, I agree more stuff for ALL profs is needed.

No i was pretty clear the GCW should be another option and it is, please read my posts, the whole thing if you plan on commenting on them. I list a number of other things as well.

Ive read them. The GCW is borked atm for non-jedi players. Its who has the most jedi wins (read the GCW forums for proof) other profs have little to no content. Ive tried the crafters proffesions the grind is tedious at best and far more difficult than the jedi grind. Give these players reasons to be something other than jedi or bh. We need more crafters in the game to lower prices and add better quality to items. Maybe they could quest for schematics for player made ADKs, or quest for the ability to make Mandalorian armor ect.

I dont think jedi should be the only end game prof, but it seems that is how its set up atm.
