Bounty Hunter Archive
Thread: I, I , I just couldn't
I show no mercy. I have a Jedi, since November, it took me 9 months to finish. Jedi is ridiculous to grind now,I can manage 400k per hour in an all Jedi group. As a Jedi my only challenge or threat was the bounty hunter, it gives the profession meaning.
I only hunt opposing faction Jedi, I will kill Paddys, I will kill you AFK (but not loading). A Jedi should never go AFK, and they must appreciate their profession. The Jedi on Valcyn seem to aspire to becoming SP Gankers, killing on load, it's what drove me to BH and in all honesty, I prefer BH to Jedi. I enjoy the hate tells, the good fights where we chat afterwards... The works!

i finaly got my first truly non full temp, a paddy. CL64.
target shows near agro.
Grinding probably. yay!.
I drive near, get off bike about 150m away and walk up.
he runs,
i chase him a good 2k meters.
i Incap him.
he get up, i incap again,
i notice he is CL 64.
I find out i still have a heart.
I drop the mission and tell him for his sake, he btr log for 3 days.
i was jsut not able to do it.
U would think, that afer dieing a bunch of times to full temps, i would like some revenge.
plz, i need the name of the BH pshycologist. plz
*Cheer!*
Confessing that you're capable of mercy on the gank-a-n00b board like this takes courage. Did he stay gone for those 3 days?
Nothing more annoying that some CL80 BH calling a CL60 paddie a 'coward' for not fighting. As if the CL60 had a chance.
As for the rest of the BH that cry you should have killed him, well pity them, its just a game after all.
i respeced to bh and have taken maybe30 jedi missions
i think i took down maybe 12 or so but never killed them, cause i was just experimenting at first
i would spare their lives but when i would get killed by a jedi, either them or their friends find the need to trash talk, ban me from cities, etc
i took a mission last night and killed my first jedi, and i will no longer spare any jedis i incap, regardless or their cry for mercy and will absolutely not take a payout
i have a jedi and have only been killed by a bh once and that was before the cu, i have since killed probably at least a 100 bhs, i have no fear for them cause 99 percent of them are ridicuosly easy to kill, which is one reason i have gone bh to experiment and see what these guys problems are
most jedi do not fear bhs period, that is why you see them running around everywhere, INSTALL FEAR back into them and make this game a better game, some will love the fight, some will not and say its unbalanced cause i should be able to kill you in 2 swipes, the game is what the game is

Well from a RP perspective I would tell you the profession isn't for you, but if you don't RP your toon then I say good show. Killing paddies is no challenge and not worth our skill imo. You really don't delay them much anyhow. I'd rather face the same person once they are full template and see who plays their toon better. Since the terminal changes I've never come up against another Paddy - they've all been full temps. At first I was kinda miffed about it, but I've had a lot of fun hunting the full temps.
Had a guy just last night that thanked me profusely because he hadn't been hunted in so long lol.

No, verbal contracts are not SOE's responsibility.
