and about hoth............One damn battle happened there. ok sure it chould be a pvp battle feild but thats pretty much it i whould much rather see another planet ( ren var whould nice ) with non pvp content and a pvp zone but hoth? there is so much more the devs chould do with well........just about any other planet but ya know if you want hoth /shrug

Honestly I like having a complete historical Star Wars universe represented rather than having everything compartmentalized.
Look at our own world. WWII and Vietnam have a powerful effect on our current culture. Artifacts and cultural cues still abound from both eras. Whether it's someone who collects Nazi memoribillia or the Resurganceof Swing Culture or bellbottoms. These give us a continuity to our own history.
Put this into came context, your cahracter most likely lived through theClone Wars. That is a defining bit of galactic history and it stillhas ramifications on the universe you inhabit. While the clone artifacts are ubiquitous currently, over time they will be less so. Once we've expended our free suits of armor, what is left? A Grievous clone? Well, really you never have to go see that if you don't wantto.
Personally I'd like to see more (intelligently placed) clone wars items in the game. A first Gen clone helmet would rock my world. Also, instead of Lambda shuttles, Stormtroopers should be delivered by Gunships. I certainly hope we get those if we ever see atmospheric flight in this game.
If Mustafar is a prequel planet, then so is Naboo, are you lobbying to have that removed form the game as well?
Yes, I think Hoth would be a great PvP planet. As for questing, that can be done as well. Jedi Academy had you returning there, so there is no reason why SOE/LA couldn't come up with some fun quests set right before the Battle of Hoth.
As for Ep. III content being ingame right now, I think everyone mistook what I said. I actually like it for the most part. As stated, it's very plausible to have items from 20 years back. Makes the game more nostalgic. Still think it would be nice if was 'strictly' adventuring. No XP.
. Yes...thats right, I don't like the current grinding aloud on Kashyyk. For the rest of it, keep the new content coming. And don't think I'm against Ep. III content, because I'm not. But I would sure like to see the game move forward instead of more 'old' content. Just my opinion.
