Let me first apologize for being a Jedi writing on the BH forum. 
Ok...I agree and disagree with the up coming publish 20.
Agree:
1) They did need to do something about visibility. That was needed. So I'm fine with that because padawans needed some type of chance.
2) Unable to target while Force Cloaked. I quite dig this. I was never really "cloaked" if someone could still "see" me. haha! And I was still able to have CM DOTs thrown on me while cloaked. I thought that was great! haha!
3) Player hunting at the Master BHbox. Yeah, definitely. That's long overdue. Why? Because you shouldn't be hunting full template Jedi if you're not a master. That's why. The draw back is that it does gimp up the combinations that a BH can come at you with. I will miss the numerous combinations I'd be attacked with. But these things must be done. I think we'll see a lot of Master BH/Doctor combos. That would be awesome! IMHO.
Disagree:
1) No names on the terminals. So how do you hunt your mark? WP chasing? Oooo that's fun! (sarcastically spoken)
2) The payout for a Jedi is a joke. Why would you spend 3 days to hunt your mark if it's only worth 50k? Go grind out about 5 lairs of lvl 82 Bolsand you got that much in far less time. Oooo the payout bothers me.
3) Kashyyyk AFK Jedi grinders. I'm kinda torn on this issue. For one, it's not "wrong" since it's not using any 3rd party macroing tools. (that I know of) If they're using all the game's tools then it is within the game's limits which is no violation of rules or what not. But morally, it's wrong. I am proud to say that I finished my template without doing that. I mean, what's the point of being Jedi if you don't fall down and learn along the way? What happened to patience and enjoying the journey along the way?
4) No more BF? So what is it that entertainers do now? I cry (j/k I don't........really, I don't) every time I go to Coronet Cantina and see it nearly empty. I know this isn't a Jedi/BH thing, but it confuses me. Man, is entertainer just the most boring profession? Why would anyone wanna grind this and play itoutside of being a role player?
5) BH Grouping... again this is a torn issue for me too. I don't believe Padawans (especially fresh outta the gate ones) should be hunted by more than 1 BH. But then again, how many BHs liked to hunt in a group in the books/movies? They prefer to have all the bounty to themselves...no sharing. At least I did when I was a BH back in da day. Oh yeah, I was a horrible BH. haha!
I'm sure there are other things I agree/disagree with, but my mind just went blank. Well, Publish 20 is obviously good for Jedi and tougher on BHs. Always this constant struggle between these two classes.
Even though it all seems really messed up, don't worry. It's all about trying to balance the classes. It's most likelya tougher job than it appears. And screaming on these forums are just pointless. But hey, the conversation is fun.

When you out multiple versions of the same CA into clothing, the one with the highest bonus sticks. They don't stack within the same item of clothing, you have to put the other CA into a different item.

I donot want to hunt them... they donot (or simply cannot handle) being hunted.
Do both the jedi and BH a favor..
Post next to faction whether or not the jedi has cloak
I would never hunt one again... and they can live in peace.
Keep them within 20 meters or around other mobs that are within 20 meters then they can't cloak.
If you are unable to do that. Do your hunts with a buddy.
The buddy doesn't have to be a BH just let him know the name of the Jedi when you find it out and his job is to keep himself or a droid or pet within 20 meters of the Jedi.
There are ways around cloak.
