I never liked the group xp before, you'd get full xp for killing a creature when you did 1/(2-8) of the damage to it, made no sense. Yes you should get a bonus for being in a group, but a multiplier by the number of people in the group?! thats just mad! Kill a mob that solos at 1k xp and in a group the group as a whole gets 8k? Never made sense.
I thought recently they changed it so it was relevant to the damage done by each group member. which was fine.
But then I hunt Jedi and NPC's solo, so i don't care!

XP is divided by number of group members; i.e. in a full group you make 1/8 xp per kill. However, because of the other group members you are with help you kill each animal 8x quicker. Yes, it will take longer to complete your template, but I really can't say I have any sympathy for the newer guys. 1 week for a normal template and a month for Jedi is way too fast. Sure beats the hell out of the 4 months it took me to grind MBH back in '03
The biggest fault of this change is that low CL players will be discriminated against by higher CL group leaders. Previously it didn't matter who was in your group as long as the lair spawned enough mobs and the mobs went down fairly quickly with two CL 80s. But now that those same CL 30s will be slowing the XP and not doing any more damage, the 80s might opt to pick members who will give more bang for the buck. This of course can be remidied by players simply grinding with similiarly leveled players, but that could be a hassle.

Saber envy? Before we start assuming things, can we atleast learn some facts? I've been a jedi, I've ground out a jedi, Pre-CU, and post-CU. I have alot more fun on my bounty hunter, compared to my Jedi.
My response to your post is to simply learn how to write a sentance, one that's legible, and maby, just maby, I might respond to you.

Could it be that the only comeback you have is my grammar? It appears so. If you had a jedi you would not have the envy which you are clearly showing that you do have. If you are such the expert bountyhunter you would understand that this is not a good hit for you unless you enjoy griefing of other players. Which by your comments its leaning in that direction.

I'll explain to you in simple words. If I can't understand the point you are trying to make, wether it be you're grammer, examples, or even your font color, I won't be able to respond to you.
If you don't belive that I have a jedi, that is your choice, but like I said, please don't assume. A very smart man once said, "Don't assume, It makes an (insert) out of you and me".
Being happy that I can hunt a Jedi for a longer time is not greifing. It is me glad that I can actually make use of my proffesion.

You say hunt as in killing the same Low level jedi over and over so he can never get out of his -xp? Because its going to be the same morons who get on the terms over and over with such huge xp loss.

If they're morons and keep getting vis even though they're in the negatives, they deserve it. It's like if someone runs naked into a group of Krayts spamming an AoE, then complains when he dies.

Works for me. I don't do this for fame, credits, or anything really but to just prevent more Morons at theed showing off. Saber envy for me? Have a pre pub 9 jedi.. she is sittling in her house on arrest. She lives because she is family. /end rping But any Jedi LARVA I can kill to stop them from becoming Theed Jedi is worth it to me. No credits, no loot, no nothing.. .. Just preventing them from Maturing is worth the effort.

I'm not quite sure what you just said there, but what I got out of it is this, "I'm (me) goign to hunt the same jedi over and over).
Me, and hopfully you, know that Bounty hunters can no "target" a single jedi any more. They changed (fixed?) the terms. Greifing is no longer part of a Bounty hunters Arsenal.
I'm trying to keep this a positive thread directed towards bounty hunters. Please keep it this [that] way.
