Don't know about a nerf - it must be pure luck. Yesterday I hunted NPC bounties for 9 hours. All my marks were silver chevroned marks no matter what lvl of mission I took. I looted a couple of schems, 2 power crystals, a scatter pistol, a heavy lightning rifle, 3 ca's, 2 aa's and smuggler loot (plating, icb, trigger assemblies etc.

Was indeed a good day. Before hand the most I had was slicing components and bugs.

We shall see what we get today

man that sucks. I got 13 BH schems yesterday alone. I've sold one suit worth for 5mil and drop the other discount on this AS I know 200k for Arms/Gloves/Boots 300k for Leggs/Chest/Helm

I've made 11 mil from schems in the last week alone.

I did two marks about 3 hours ago. My first was an Elite, I looted some smuggler stuff and BH boots schem. The second was an elite boss, I looted a jar of bugs.

Don't walk away mad from those powercells, most of the ones I've seen make Krayt most tissue look like trash. Not only does the damage bonus get well into the 170s with a good speed bonus, they have a bonus to SAC that Krayt lacks.

its all very random. and seemingly not scaled with mark difficulty at all...which is the problem, if novice Hunters werent getting these tapes etc. then the market wouldnt have flooded, since few are going to do the grind for master for loot. (for fear that the loot would be nerfed before they could master)

Masters need to be the ones gettign the high end loot. since we earned the title.

foraged bugs are tasty....

I have done really well on the BH loots...as an above poster stated...it comes in spurts...just keep doing missions...

OK when the loot for BH npc missions was introduced I decided to start doing that full-time. Pre pub 22 I noticed that npcs would drop SEAs and in fact 1 out of 4-5 would drop 2-3 items. I had to put down some numbers since I couldn't believe my eyes. This I posted in another thread in this forum:

Here are some stats pre pub22. 44 Missions completed all above 31K creds, diff. 80:

1. 10 CA's(3 Jedi, 6 crafter, 1 misc) 5 of them above +10, 3 above +16, 2 bellow +10

2. 27 BH schems

3. 29 Slicig loot

4. 2 AA's

5. 6 Jars of bugs

6. 7 Crystals, 1 color crystal

Total: 81!!!! average: roughly 2,1 items per mission

Now After pub22 was introduced I completed 15 missions and here are the stats:

1. 15 slicing loot

2. 1 AA

3. 2 BH schems

4. 1 force crystal

So it is obvious that it has been nerfed. The difference now is that I never get a non elite or boss mark and worse loot rates. I believe that pre-pub was unreal. It remains to see the loot stats when I reach 44 after pub 22.

I'm VERY interested in your results. though we need at least a few more people to keep an identical log to rule out random luck or lack of it on your part. with a random system you really cant pull out trends. and if you find a trend....it aint random

No way its nerfed. On farstar i picked up a CA, Locked container and some grubs. The CA was LS Speed double bladed 10, force regen 1 and the locked container had another ca with a food exp 1 in it. Oh and the grubs were yummy

I looted a CA off the next mark with droid exp and a dancing enhancement 11 mod.

Looks like its just luck of the draw. I looted very few CA's until yesterday when i got these.

Idont know how many of you have done the Aakuen (sp) missions but those guys used to drop +11 tapes. there was a long post on if they got nerfd or not.

from what i seen here it seems its on a simmilar loot table as the Aakuens. one day you go out and loot about 5 tapes with 3 compents for weapons and then for 2 days you wont see nothing but forged bugs.

guys, just relax this is all so to simmilar to Aakuens loot table, just takes lots of time before you get a few good loots. if you dont get any its just not your day and try again another day.
