this isnt a game where you start as a jedi...you start as a regular joe in the starwars universe...if you did became a jedi...then you are the CHOSEN ONE my friend...but dont count on it...good chance on getting raped by huricane isabel then becoming a jedi in this game dude...

This Jedi thing is getting out of hand isn't it. HEH! Think it's kinda funny. I would like to have the Force Slot as well, .. like anyone else. I'm still having a lot of fun with my now character though. More and more each day. I know upgrades will allow my character to become even better, and capable of exploring new realms. I don't mind so much. I can wait. It would be pretty cool to get the FS slot, ... especially, because I believe there should be an option to have more than one character on a server. That's my main argument, but really only one. I think it's all freakin' hilarious. My char will become powerful in his own right while everyone bitches. Although, I do hope someday to become a Jedi, ... although hard, it would be sweet. Oh well, ... I'll have fun with my man Falquin in the meantime. Looking forward to new upgrades, that's all.

In the meantime, I'll strive to discover the mysteries of the Force as well. May the Force be with us all. HAH!

Man I dunno about this jedi thing, everyone just speculates what and how it is going to be handled. I personally believe that the devs purposely are making us ponder and ponder and get some people angry because they are trying to weed out the weak in the game. They are trying to find out who really wants to develop their character regardless if they can get an fs slot or not. This true test the devs are putting us through doesnt really have a solution. Because someone eventually will get an fs, and im sure the devs will make sure that only those that really deserve it will get it...

As other posters have said...There is a section in the Professions area...

Jedi, simply put, are coded in the game...but no one's gotten it yet.It's the ONE thing they are doing right according to the movies. Jedi are all but exitinct right now. The few force sensitive people out there hide the fact they are FS because EVERYONE will be gunning for them.

The force is not real. Jedi's are not real. The world is not real. oh wait. Rambling sorry.

Woot! Getting Jedi Academy today. There is something about parting a rodian's arm with your dual lightsabers... something like love only with two lightsabers cutting some bitches' arm off.

Just one last note on this run in the ground topic of Jedi... It has to be in the game already, somewhat. Try typing /s and see what happens. It tells you that u dont have the abilities to saber throw 1.

There is a way to get a Jedi ofcourse, But u wont get it so easy u know..

every one knows how to become a jedi. they just have not figured it out yet . according to the DEVs all the info you need is out there.

I've been trying to get the force sensitive slot since this game came out and I still don't have a clue what to do. I've killed jedis, been to the temples, explored the ruins, talked to the Chiss, explored the planets, found Exar Kunn's Sith temple, found a holocron - but I'm still not any closer. I read this entire forum and I am really getting confused. I want to know if anyone has any good ideas or leads to unlocking the FS slot.

And I don't want a million post saying "You're crazy" , "You'll never get to be a jedi" , " The devs said that and they said this". I want to hear peoples ideas.
