what are the sac powerups? i havent seen any, i only see stocks, barrels, and grips

s a c power ups are the stocks, they lower the action cost of your weapon. right now, my E11M2 has 1046 damage, and a s.a.c. of 62 with a s.a.c. power up, I never run out of action....lol

Yes PUPs will increase the rate of decay on any weapon...

can a degraded weapon be repaired by a weaponsmith? isbetter than a weapon repair kit?

i've got a box of 99.6% eff weapons repair kit and i repair my weapon every few missions, even with a pup on it the degradation of the weapon is very slow so long as you keep it repaired.
