Since there are no Knights, YES padawans are running rampant.
I would not care is SOME jedi used the trail, BUT since at least 80% use the trail now it is a little rediculous. Lets say you are out grinding your jedi and 80% of the creatures you kill said "Sorry this creature is not worth XP" after you killed it, would you be happy?

That AFK jedi I saw is on the terms, wonder where he might be? Gee whiz, he's still AFK at the cloner, what a surprise! (KD+Sniper Shot+Adv Crit---> Dead Jedi) Wow, that was a difficult hunt. I'd much rather do that than track him over 3 planets and then have a 20 minute fight.
I think we can agree its the afk macro crap that seems to be the most offensive here, I thought that was against EULA, so try /report ing them, try supporting removal of recursive macro's, also, you may want to pass on your afk jedi killer secrets, since thats the second bigest b!tch on this board, how jedi are to tough to kill afk.
BTW, I support the removal of any account that is ground afk(yes, even entertainers) that should be the risk that goes with the reward, remove the afk timer, and stop attacks and damage from afk players again Could help. Lots of stuff might help.
just a question, is it because they are Jedi afk, or afk that this bothers you so much?
i agree afk grinding is not somethign i want to do, but really who is it hurting?
Are you any less of a player because someone is usingmacros to grind.
If anything they will be an easy target once they get Knight since theydont know how to play their class (same goes for all the respec professions)
It is ingame now, and unless you use a 3rd party program then you are not exploiting the system.
Killing someone afk will be much easier after the next publish. as will killing people who are atk
The same can be said of any whine/complaint thats been posted here in the last month, are you any less of a player because someone else is grinding using an LOS exploit? or on a planet that you dont have access to?
Answer is NO, but you are still offended because honest players are always going to be offended by cheaters, planet access is easily remedied, but the LOS and the afk grinidng are against the EULA, and need to be looked at.

Yes they do. If you decide to spend the money on the expansion then you can getthere too. Jedi onthe trails are not impossible to kill
Just look through this very forum at the people who are cleaning up by hunting on the trails.
You just have to change the way you do things. Adapt and conquer
There is a problem with the whole Kashyyyk instance thing.
I have learned to adapt to it myself but I still dont personally like it.
What annoys me is that part of my profession is not working because of a design flaw (instances).
And to say that Jedi players are not taking advantage of that flaw by AFK grinding in what is relative safety is a good laugh.
I honestly dont see what the debate is. It is obviously a broken game mechanic at the moment and cant possibly have
been intended. All I can say is enjoy it while it lasts.
-It's stupid to go around doing quests and seeing 3958934859485 AFK jedi in the wookiee place.
-Give's Jedi a semi-safe place for grinding.
And don't come with BS about killing Knights - not possible to solo. And I don't wanna hear BS bout "hunting old-school style", because really, if I wanted to waste hours of my life looking for a Jedi to make 150k I would rather go do some NPC missions. A Jedi mission should take 3h tops to complete (lose or win). Now if you make Jedi missions worth lets saay, 1 Million I'd be more than glad to search all over the galaxy old-school style.
Also by the way, Kashyyk = LOS Paradise, even if we find our mark we will probably wont be able to kill him / her because he / she will run into the LOS place and possibly log there.
By the way, how would no xp affect you on Kashyyk if you just want it for the content? Unless you want it for a safe-heaven for grinding (not something it's supposed to be).

I havent seen anyone say no xp on kash would be a bad thing, as long as the bh tef doesnt work there either. BTW, if you cant kill a knight(not sure where your finding those, unless they turned frs back on since friday night) maybe you need to work on your template, likely a chef/bh wont kill a 226k paddie, but there are many on this board who have posted templates that eat finished templates in 20 minutes or less, non defenders faster.

BHs dont ruin my gam, and if you look through most of myposts on this forum I generally help young BHs learn how to find Jedi.
BTW I have a BH/Smuggler havebeena BH for quite some time,
Letf the profession for awhile but recently came back.
and yes I have beat 226k padawans(knights as soon as FRS is back)
I dont deathblow though As i like the hunt more than the XP loss.

nah.. not the pads.
The 226kers that no one can kill are everywhere. Go to Bria and take a nice look at the main SPs across the galaxy. You'll see what I mean.
after I complete the quests I willplaythe game I am paying for.
Maybe Ill go back to space, Maybe ill go hunt large game.. the point is who cares.
I am allowed to play the game, and I dont really care if you are offended because I decided to take the role of a Jedi.
If you would worry about playing your game more, and quit worrying so much that someone else may or may not be playing there game you might be a happier person.

I hate to burst your bubble but not everyone wants to spend all their money on a game, let alone 30 bucks on an expansion that you'd get only for the sake of Bounty Hunting.
And how do we adapt to LoS exploiting?
