Thread: Ah, who needs Mando anyway...
Rhy... I'm curious. How did you get your helmet to be those colors? As far as I know, the DE palette does not include any shade of teal. Did you find a CSR who was willing to bend the mando recoloring "rule"?
I've tried several times to have my pieces recolored to purple and PURE black because the shade I have now is gray. Even spoke with the CSR supervisor, Kyle Vallee, and he told me he wouldn't do it either unless I had a full suit.

How do you know they run into the same problems? Have you found a CSR even willing to try? If so, send him our way!
Because our server CSR, CSR-JorgeS, just tells me to get the suit done before he'll even tell me if the color scheme I want is possible.
Even if the CSRs run into the same problem, their palette must still be larger. The French team on Kauri got their entire suit recolored to silver and purple and I know that the Pinkalorians got theirs changed to pink.
Ya, they got it recolored before the CU. As of the CSR and having to rely on DE's customization to color it, it borked being they have so little. When we werent aware of the recrafting with only 20 colors bug, we contacted CS and they tried to change the color on the helmet being it was a bug that messed us over, but he said even he couldnt because he had the limited pallete as well. So the CU and the new system for crafting Mando borked everyone, including CS over.
Im laughing now though...we lost our old very helpful CSR (shelomanb) a few months ago...and just recently got another CSR that is as helpful as shelo was...his name is Keithr, and so far he has been helpful with certain bugs in the DWB.

Heres the color pallette of the Chest. Is the same for all pieces, except currently for helm and bracers, although it will be the same for them too when its fixed.

Yeah, I know what the chest palette is like because I was the one who crafted ours using an Armorsmith alt.
And nooooo!!!!! Tell KeithR to come back to Kauri! He was my favorite CSR and was always willing to help me with issues I had concerning the DWB.
