i hear you guys talking about how hard it is to get unarmed 4, it only took me about 5 days, playing about 2 hours a day, easy stuff.

Most of us have said that if you know what you are doing, it isn't that hard to get the needed unarmed...Especially if you use a pair of VKs (with the penalty), a bleed shot and a grouped droid/pet (one that stays out of combat)...personally I finished all my unarmed in a couple of days...in 4Hrs alone I got 50K in unarmed.


Comparatively though, getting unarmed can be more difficult then getting the other requirements for Commando...as it tends to take more grinding. You do less damage per hitworking your way up unarmed then you do with your weapons in many cases. I am thoughsurprised it took you as long as 5 days.


Most people who come to these forums complaining about how difficult unarmed is only do so before being told what to hunt and how to hunt them...once they have the tips, I rarely see that same person come back complaining that it's still too difficult...


Thenight (a while back) right after the patch when folks could use any weapon whether they were certified or not, I breezed through 125K in unarmed inabout 5hours with a nicely sliced pair of VKs and a hella good respawning set of Fambaa nests north of Theed...now that was a fun day...

yea back around 3rd week or 4th week after launch, i breezed through unarmed in a matter of a few days or so (going to fort tusken) - this was also around when we needed alot of ppl to do a fraction of the fort, and 1k dmg was simply amazing =D (also how i got my combat xp...to this day im glad cuz im maxed out in unarmed)

HAHAHA....dude....if you can afford food, by all means, buy it, but i have been beatn by a swordsman before, its all about KD/dizz/warcry/intimidate....use those moves!!!!!! good grief....

Honestly I do not see anywhere in there where they are saying Mind damage can be healed. Course I might be quoting from the wrong area... or the wrong notes even, but who knows.


Also, not all of this is going in on Pub 8 if I remember correctly. The combat balance stuff is being spread out. They cannot possibly get everything they want in in one publish. The different "aspects" were going to be implemented seperately from how I've read things.


So basically... to me it seems you have nothing to complain about, since I cannot find anything about healing mind damage anywhere in the notes. And if it is in there somewhere, you should have more than just Publish 8's time table to still be "safe" from this. You gotta remember, if this is true, I'm pretty sure you'll be able to heal mind damage too, not just TKs.


As a last note... why in God's name does it really matter if TK can beat a swordsmen? Alternately why would it matter if a swordsmen could beat a TK? They are different professions, the only thing they have in common is they are both melee. To me it seems kinda gimpy when peopel complain that Profession X cannot beat Profession Y. The game wasn't just designed for PvP so judging the quality of two professions on whether or one can beat another is bunk. Obviously a Pikemen is going to beat a Doctor. Does that mean Pikemen are better than doctors? In combat yes, but lets see a Pikemen buff or cure disease/poison like a Doctor can.


So stop sulking about it, you just make yourself look bad.

O.k. .. where to start just to warn every one this will be a big, big sentence considering my grammar and spelling suck so just work with me......


Ok this revamp so far is nothing but a nothing thing to ruin this game even more reading everything there ganna do first is ganna : edit : the economy even more then it is in this game yay I just dropped 35 mil on pearls only to have them not be : edit : when revamp comes if nething make good crystals : editing : craft able I mean how i look at it yes pearls are krayt tissue for sabers they are not a NEED they are a want but if u even made crystals some what good then we wouldn’t all be starving for : editing : pearls i mean : edit : i have seen more : editing : pearls then i have crystals urm ya hello ? w t fs the deal with that i spam to get : editing : crystals for days and i get maybe 2 or 3 tells but i spam for pearls and shiz I got 3 tells within a hour about people having pearls...... i see vendors stocked full of them.. But now it doesn’t really matter now does it..

I'm please you have got that lot off your chest. Everyone has the right to voice their opinions. For my part, I can agree with almost nothing you say, and some of your statements have to be a humerous aside (e.g. "...200,000,00 on Starsider..." what on earth do you mean?).


For me, the Devs are doing a stirling job of realising at least some of this games huge potential, and the proposed changes go some way toward that goal.
