AS general rating (1-5):I can only give him 5? Why not 10?
Whyis he/she a"great AS" IYO: He does custom orders only, but the catch is that he is very affordable by server standards. Where other AS's charge 1.8-2 million for unlayerd Faction Armor on Valcyn, he charges 500k for Primus Layered faction armor. I recently bought a RIS armor helmet from him, and I ADKed it before it had cooled from the crafting. I'm proud to go into battle wearing his armor, and that RIS helm has become a new trademark of my character.

Armor Type: Makes all armor but specializes in Primus and Energy Layers suits
AS general rating (1-5):5 He makes the highest quality armor that I have ever seen. He takes time to make and fufill each order. There is no mass production. Each order has to be put in to him by tell or email.
Whyis he/she a"great AS" IYO:Sounds lame but Customer Service. For me he made 7128 Energy resist RIS armor in addition to an overall +350 Health bonus. He is a one stop shop, He can slice too. I had him take care of all my Armor needs.
