Just wondering what enemies give out the most combat xp and where the best places to get combat xp are. I have just been killing as much stuff as I can but the 40k seems like its going to take forever, is there anyway to maximize my combat xp?

i grinded nuna lairs and krovel lairs. I had some help grouping in dothamir for 1000xp unarmed and 100combat xp grind.

i highly recommend you pick a different profession. since i've had commando i have 0 Heavy Weapons expeirence and i've been commando for 2 days. I don't use my laucher pistol because it does the same damage as a scout pistol.

I've been a novice commando for weeks and have 0 heavy weapons xp cause most of the weapons dont exist on my server. So I started working pistoleer immediately after becoming master marksman. Now I am a master pistoleer and got it BEFORE the announced changes to the launcher pistol. I have a sliced launcher pistol that has a damage range of 53 to 230something (or was it 250) and a speed of like 3.3 (i think). Combine that with my master pistoleer skills and its an awesome combo. I still have 0 hvy weapon xp. 8D

I just untrained Pistoleer Special Abilities III accidently when meaning to surrender one of the Support Abilities boxes from the marksman.....

120k of combat XP down the tubes =o(

Sorry if this is redundent...

But how do the rest of you feel about combat medics not getting combat xp when we run around healing group memebers during combat. I am suggesting that while we are being attacked or while our patients are being attacked we should get a percentage of combat xp. I understand it has nothing to do with progressing up our tree but I need it for other things.

Have you been in a group in the last 7 days?

Heal a group member while he is fighting and you get combat xp.

Works with pets too. Actually works too well.

I think it works just fine. It's relative to the number of points you heal while they attack and kill a critter much like how it's given to damage dealers.

Thank all of you, I'm going to have to check into this for my character beacuse I play about 4-5 hours a day with a group and don't get any XP when I heal them during battle. Crazy stuff...

It does work fine for PC, but pets that fight for over a minute andit gets a bit crazy.

A person shooting the NPC gets about 60 combat xp, and I've gotten over 1000 combat xp for one fight that lasts two minutes.

I find my combat XP is better when I go straight heal in tough fights. Using Area heals I've been averaging sometimes 200-300 Combat XP in big nasty fights.
