attachments DO work, and the guy was most likely using a speed pup, I doubt he was exploiting..

btw one of the doc buffs increases your combatspeed by 20%, though to me it seems more like cooldown timers last 20% less long.

I know I can shoot a special just about every single second with my pistols when I use a speed pup....

to the guy posting it: YES SPEED DOES MATTER UNDER 1.3s, your downtime on a special is calculated by your mod. speed and a multiplying factor which can go up to 3.5 (for fast shots).

this would mean (if I'm not totally of), you could still alternate shot like aimed and crippling each second if you'd get your mod. speed down to 0.33
