my first kill happened by totalaccident. was a year and a day ago, i just got bh 3/0/0/0 and had TKM and some medic. I pulled a jedi mission, after having failed several miserablyas a rifleman. The guy was pulling missions from a player city on dantooine. He pulled up to the mission term on his bike, I kd2'd him off the bike and wailed on his mind. He never had a chance. This was a spontaneous hit, I did not have a doc buff and only had pikata pie, syntha steak and vasarian brandy, this set the mark for every other hit I made. From that point forward (until CU) I only hunted 3 jedi with a doctor buff and killed more than my share.

What's more interesting, to me, is my last hit. It happened on friday, around lunchtime on test center. I had an MBH there for a while but only hunted NPC's so for one last time I headed out, MBH/Mcarbs and SL 0400. The jedi was in New Unity, house sitting, so I ran some missions cause at that point I only had literally 140 credits in the bank. I killed a gungan camp, camp back for another mission and saw his blue blip on the overhead map next to his house, I ran over, KD, critical hit to death, took all of 20 seconds and got paid 325k

Mine was about a month after the CU. I had used my respec token to get MBH/MCM under a guildie's advice. First jedi mission I took led me to Kashyyk, on the webweaver paths of the Ryyatt Trails. There I found an AFK grinder, just running his defender and healing macros. My guildies laughed their asses off as I popped away at the guy with my cheap, low-dmg scatter pistol. (I was on a 100k budget on equipment) 10 minutes later he was dead and my guildies were out of breath. I promptly used my 217k to buy a new gun.

My First Real Jedi Kill: Setee

This was actuallyless than a monthago since I am a new bounty hunter.

Armor: Crafted Bounty Hunter

Armor Attachments: Numerous Pistol Speed and Defense

Slice: Full slice by a smuggler (Hehe)

Anyway I had great gear and stuff. Was running the MBH/MPS Combo... wiht some combat medic for self healing.

I tracked Setee to Talus. I was following the guy, oblivious I was coming after him. He appeared to be shopping or something, but was preparing to board a shuttle to somewhere else on planet. I had already been buffed so realized if this was my time to strike it would be now. Right before he hit the terminal to shuttle out, I hit him with a knockdown shot. What ensued was a grilling battle between us, going both ways at times. Eventually however I overpowered him, except he made it away from me on a speeder and began to run out on me.

I pursued him on my speeder as well, meanwhile him sending me tells saying 'I know your just doing your job so I don't care'. He wound up stopping in a lake, so I stopped beside him... puzzling how I was going to get this kill. He began to have conversation with me, saying he we would wait there all day. Im thinking 'No way, this is my bounty and your mine. Luckily about 55m away from him, I found a spot in the water where the lake bed actually rose up and you could stand. I immediately did this pulling out my rifle, sending a blast into his BARC speeder. He fell off and sent the tell 'That was dirty' I then pulled back out my pistol, but then got the idea of sending my probe droid to take some shots at him, so I did and he began to swim away full speed.

I then told him, that with credits I would stop hunting him. He asked how much I said 100k, and he paid and I did stop hunting him for the time being. heh

Later that day I hunted him again, this time catching him on Dantooine Mining Outpost about to launch out again, I knocked him down and he was furious and began to fight me harder than before, at this point I was beating him and he pulls out his swoop and runs again. He ran to open water yet again, and I managed to blow his swoop from under him, forcing him to pull out his skiff. Well not too much to tell after that.. when I boarded my swoop to give chase I couldn't move. Thus, he made it to his home safely AFK from me. I was infuriated at that time.

So the next day, I check to see if I can find him again. Surely enough I find him on Dant. Except this time, I upgraded my pistol with it now having a base dps of well over 600. I did some other precautionary things as well, carefully selecting foods and a few more armor touchups.

This time I had him, he was grinding on Dantooine and they had just finished a lair (a jedi spin group). I hopped off my speeder in the middle of them wasting no time blasting him, I snarred him first with my pistols then just started laying into him, completely unprepared he was doing all he could to heal himself but I wouldn't let up... finally before he could get in the saving heal I knocked him down, then incapped him leaving me to db him. This was my first db so I was very new to it, and to sum it up he kept getting up before it finished so I kept shooting him back down, by the 3 time I incapped him he just died and I was rewarded.

Off that hunt I earned 100k in personal money for temporarily stopping the hunt. Disabled his BARC speeder and swoop, cost him xp, and got 200k from the kill. All in all a good days work.

Oh my. Let me think. It's not that I have that many, just that I don't get on as much as I'd like.

Crushin Nemo was my first kill (no relation to Samous Nemo, btw). I found him on Nabbo (or else Coro, I forget) grinding by his house by a river. He was camping a stormtrooper spawn.

The fight didn't really go that well. He couldn't get close to my long enough to take me out, and my weapons sucked more than I had realized at the time. Eventually I decided to go balls to the walls so I closed in tight with my old LLC. As I started blasting away, he went face down in the dirt. As I realized he was laying down the fight in hopes of getting me to leave him alone, I scored the kill. Kinda cheap, but I got the payday.

My first good kill was Obi-win Lightwalker (that's his name right?). This was during the GTEF days. I knew from observation that he was a light jedi, so I went rebel before tracking him down. He was, like every other light jedi at the time, grinding on Dantooine in a group for backup. I jumped him, he fought back. The fight wasn't going quickly, but I had an upperhand, so he ran. As he ran, his buddies showed up, but were unable to attack me b/c I was a rebel. I THINK that they were healing him, or something with the force (I still don't know a whole lot about the force TBH), but I was still keeping up damage wise. He started to run again, and I ran him down and dropped him in a small stream. At that point the rest of the posse showed up and started talking smack and challenging me to a duel. It was a pretty satisfying kill.

To be honest, I don't know if I ever lostmore than 2 or 3 fights that I felt I showed up prepared for. I definitely lost, but it was often a result of being hasty, ill-prepared, or stupid. Once I got the hang of it, it was quite the rush! I think one of my most memorable kills was when I noticed a Jedi enter a buff house as I exited, and I grabbed his mission on the term outside. I let him come out and then blew his speeder and dropped him. I think I dropped him in about 5 seconds or so. Another player said he came running out as soon as he heard shots fired, and was surprised to see a Jedi standing dead at my feet. It was a rush, and I felt like my character was finally seen as a force to be reckoned with. The Jedi was nice about it too, though obviously upset about wasting a buff so quickly.

My first kill was in dec 04

It was pretty simple, a jedi knight who was afk on danthomir.

Of course if he hadn't been afk I would have been roflpwned for sure, but hey any mission that ends up me deathblowing my target counts as full victory, nothing less.

Wasn't wearing any armor, and my template back then was BH 3000, master fencer, pistoleer 0044.

First Jedi Kill = Zedd

ABout spring of 2004. Before Pub 9, droids and tef didnt work so i had to talk em into a duel. I did KD DIZZY and he never got up, took about 15 minutes considering he was in 90% composite and i was using a laser carbine. He though it sucked and so did i, i was hoping he would stand up. But he couldnt. The dizzy seemed to last forever. I wish i could post a more epic battle but it was kinda lame on my first kill. Oh but it sure did get alot better after that.

I will miss hunting players immensely
