Tier 3 damage slice, tier 1 speed slice, 34% speed pup.
Gets the highest DPS i've been able to find.
BUT...
I do better with a 32% damage pup which gets me to about 630 dps or so. The reason is because of the diminishing returns and those log functions and crap they use to calculate things.
I did some testing with the 873dps/933max and 630dps/1000+max and found that with the 873dps over a period of 9 seconds i hit 4 times for 440 pts of damage. With the 630dps over a period of 9 seconds i hit 4 times for 590 pts of damage.
So from my testing it seems that the DPS equation isnt always correct
