I will admit as well that the whole reason this game kept me (and probably many others) playing was the diversity. they're about to kill that though, 9 professions, NO changed them after the re-specs, no item management (now that decay is removed), they are about to change this game to play exactly like every other MMORPG out there. People play this game to get away from that, we've seen it, we've played it, we want something different. SWG was different, but now it's about to become exactly the same.

Not to mention what do you do once you've mastered your profession now? Switch and try something else, you can't.

SOE has likely made a significant cut in the amount of time you will be able to play this game now.

we may as well get this game for free monthly now that it's going to be exactly like every other MMORPG out there
