You left out Creature Handler! And it does not lack Future advancement since you can learn new abilities from pets after master. And as a MBH,MCH,Left over points in Rifleman. Is one of the most fun templates in game I have played. And I consider it Rare and Elite proffesion. Most people don't cosider Creature Handler a combat proffesion And try and group us in with entertainers.Try telling that to my Rancor as he is breathing down your Back.

I agree with you. I was simply trying to say that there are multiple elite professions (sorry I left out creature handler and a couple others). I do feel that professions lack the abilty to advance past master.. jedi is the only profession to persue once you have done all others.. if there was either a different set up or maybe after reaching a master there was some kind of option like the FRS.

I think it is a travesty that Jedi is the only Profession with their very own mission terminals and they are the only people able to get valuable attachments.

I literally cannot believe SOE is so out of touch with normal Professions that they would do something like this for Jedi Only

Jedi have very own mission terminals and valuable attachments? Do you know where I can find these terminals? Besides crystals and pearls what attachments other than CAs? My understanding is most CAs are broke. Of course there are "Bounty Hunter mission Terminals" thatonly bounty hunter can use. A funny and amusing statement. Or was this sarcasm?

How can you say you've lived life if you've never danced?
Well I do remember Han having a one piece suit made out of carbonite but it weighed a ton. Still it didnt require any ironing and was very wear resistant.
Thanks SOE! The CU and NGE gave me my life back. Thanks! Bitterness is the taste of love lost, a tear of acid that burns the heart.
Long gone, in sorrow of song. Stand I make to deliver hope with twisted temporal past, for the ripples in time distort what affects when. Prowlies a must see Clicky!
As a dreamer I sing to the sea and imagine the possibilities and potential this game could free, but when I get home a sad sight there be. A lost fool, for once was is gone, what could've been to never be, and the angel of my heart to be forgotten, locked away by the key of SOE.

I'm gonna have to agree with this. I know the idea has been stated, and some people won't approve. But seriously, Mandalorian Commando-type village. Karen Traviss' Guide to the Mandalorians in Insider #80 stated that the Mandalorians survived throughout the original trilogy, so no continuity problems there.
You'd have different skill trees, similar to Jedi: Healer,Defender,Enhancer,Powers,Lightsaber.
Maybe something like Mandalorian: Ranged Specialist, Melee Specialist, Demolitions Specialist, Squad Command Specialist, and perhaps Heavy Weapons Specialist. Other skills, like Medical Specialist, and Crafting Specialist could be added as well(or replace some of the others I suggested,I say specialist b/c it sounds about right).
There'd be quests that take a long time that lead into each of them. With lots of XP to convert into the appropriate skill trees.
Maybe for balancing you couldn't grind directly to get the xp in these professions. You'd have to convert the xp into a special xp for training in these boxes for the entire grind, not just until you unlock the professions/skillboxes.
But also the fact that they're the Mandalorians means there could be a good Village-ish design to it(maybe phase-based and maybe more offensive based, like the village from the Sith's perspective, but not having to do with the village, with crafters making exclusive weapons or something for the attacks, and healers healing the players who've just came back from an attack or counter-attack).
As for a location. Depending on how big Mustafar is, I'd suggest either on Mustafar(seems hell-ish enough for the Mandalorians to set up a base and survive), or possibly out on a lawless planet like Lok or Yavin.
Just me thinking out loud. Sorry if I copied anyone's ideas.

no really............. jedi and mandos fight plenty in the EU...... so les bring in 1 more "A" profession

As a jedi I can say without a doubt that I would absolutely LOVE having another alpha class to pursue on my alt. If I could get a Mando warrior to bring out and reign down the fury in PvP as much or even more than I do with my jedi then I'd be all for it.

So what you are saying essentially is this:

Right now we have pvp borked by one alpha profession that everyone is saying is the downfall of it so we will bork it more by making it two professions?

Think about what you are saying beyond the concept of just being a BH and about the concept of the game. Contrary to popular belief not everyone plays this game to be a jedi or a bounty hunter. People play this game because the love the whole concept of Star Wars and that is more than just out little back and forth with the jedi. IF this were to happen, and I doubt it seriously, it would completely destroy what is left of pvp. It would destroy the diversity of this game, and it would just make this game a Jedi vs BH game. That is all it would be. Already with the CU they screwed up crafters, they screwed up entertainers and they screwed up periphery classes, and instead of asking them to fix all that what we are asking them to do is divert precious resources and time to making it more about jedi and bh? Isn't it enough already? It has gotten to the point already where a solo BH can take out a solo Jedi, even in a straight up fight this is possible without an alpha strike and yet we don't view ourselves as an alpha class? If we are not an alpha class already then neither are jedi.

Sometimes I really wish BOTH the BH community and the Jedi community would take a minute and see how much this game has deterioated because the other classes in this game have been ignored, and yet here we are continually demanding more and more attention.

Let them fix Squad Leader, let them fix Ranger, let them fix Smuggler, then let them look at the crafting classes and give them content and individuality. After that they can address the BH/Jedi dynamic.

Ive had friends become Jedi Knight in a few (3)months ( I got it in about 4-5months), with the proper support of friends (which you should have after already gaining a master profession and doing all the before quests, unless youre a complete jerk to everyone you meet)and such to help the grind, its really not THAT difficult. But CH - woah... I had that prof for about 2-3 months after being master, and I still hadnt even come close to completion ofall i needed to to become an ACTUAL master CH. In which case CH's need to be godly . And as for the topic at hand, wasnt there a time when BH's were on par with Jedi, and If you were a BH, thats all you were (no mixed professions - it took all your skill points)? I think there was - but I need a confirmation. <---- dont judge me too hastily!!, its a kind of question/statement, a "questment"
