If i need money, i start accepting bribes, but at a high price. Either 400k, or 2,000 times their skillpoints, whichever is more. The price rises on how much i dislike the particular jedi. I've gotten several millioncredit payouts before.

I accepted my first payoff yesterday. It was a Jedi that I knew I could beat, and he knew it too. We fought for a little while, I gave chase when he ran, then he planet hopped since you can still use JTL terms while under a tef. But then I got tells from his friends asking me to accept 226k, which was more than he was worth. I was frustrated and said ok. It was easy, but I also do like getting the kill, not just the money.

Met up with a Jedi over the weekend who I could not kill, and could not kill me. This Jedi would not "fight" me however. He toyed with me for about 2 hours, just healing himself and re-popping some kind of insance defense foods coupled with his aura/force armor.

Eventually some of his guild mates started offering me 100k, then 200k, then 300k. I took payments on 200k and 300k and left the scene, since it WAS in fact a stalemated match.

Later on that night, while PvP'ing this Jedi came up against my group and still having his mission, I was able to deathblow him and get the Bounty reward for him.

Needless to say, he and his guildmates were less than enthusiastic about. I calmly told them all that the offer was for me "give up the stalemate and leave" not to drop the mission.

So I made about 725k out of the whole ordeal!

Xposis,
In your subject line the word "Exepted" is not actually a word in the English Language. I imagine that you meant to spell it "Excepted"... which would have been a word, but still not the correct one for the intended meaning. The correct word, given the context and the relatively close phonic construction, would be "Accepted".
Below you will find some supporting information courtesy of "Merriam-Webster OnLine" (www.m-w.com). The web site is free, and I highly recommend it.
Main Entry: 2except
Function: verb
Etymology: Middle English, from Middle French excepter, from Latin exceptare, from exceptus, past participle of excipere to take out, except, from ex- + capere to take -- more at HEAVE
transitive senses : to take or leave out from a number or a whole : EXCLUDE

Main Entry: ac·cept
1 a : to receive willingly <accept a gift> b : to be able or designed to take or hold (something applied or added) accept ink>
2 : to give admittance or approval to <accept her as one of the group>
3 a : to endure without protest or reaction <accept poor living conditions> b : to regard as proper, normal, or inevitable accepted> c : to recognize as true : BELIEVEaccept the explanation>
4 a : to make a favorable response to <accept an offer> b : to agree to undertake (a responsibility) <accept a job>
5 : to assume an obligation to pay; also : to take in payment accept personal checks>
6 : to receive (a legislative report) officially
intransitive senses : to receive favorably something offered -- usually used with of
Thanks and best of luck to you,

WHAT a *******!

**Edit** Sorry, kiddies, forgot the language.

The only thing that would prevent me from accepting a bribe and db'ing some poor Jedi would be...if they were my mother. Maybe I would cut my Dad a break. Maybe.

The other day I got together with a couple friends and we dropped by this friendly looking Jedi who was grinding on Dant. We were all in a hunting group when we happened to see him, so I suggested that the three of us drop by and try to milk some money out of him. I send him a /tell, "Howdy. I have orders from the Empire to lay waste to you. The same applies to my friends here."

He told me that we couldn't do Jedi missions together anymore. I told him that as long as we all got the same mission we sure could. He said "**edit** "@%$& you. This is so $@&%ing %&#. You *@#$ing noob can't take me yourself." So I told him that that's just how we work. I also told him it would cost him 750k for a cancellation. He said 500k, I told him that it's mighty tough to split 500k 3 ways without one of us getting less than the real bounty. He tipped 750k [expletive deleted] and we split it three ways. One of the two tipped it back. End of story.

BTW, for those of you who weren't paying close attention WE NEVER had his mission to begin with.
