Theres a great new game on the horizon called Auto Assault, and i believe they are doing everything in there power to avoid all of these problems, as we frequently have discussions pertaining to all these matters on their forums.

There is only one problem with swg - no point behind PvP. Make all players permaovert and add full corpse looting and then the real fun will start. Unfortunatelly, this will never happen - marketoids that make decision @ SOE will never allow it
