Well, try this:
Master TKA
Master Fencer
0/0/4/0 Pistoleer
0/0/3/0 Pikeman
Why you ask?
Defense vs:
Blind +100
Intimidate +20
Posture +110
Dizzy +95
Knockdown +130
Stun +65
Dodge +115
Melee Defense +146
Ranged Defense +121
Thats a ton of the best modifiers.
Im working on that template my self.

Fencer was PvP-King while Scatterhit was broken...Since this is fixed forget about pvping as a fencer...If u have no uber-acklay-uber-damage-sliced-fencer-weapon or wanne be a DoT-Whorse drop it...Fencer cant deal high damagecauseof thelack of any good AP-Weapon...Sad but true...

ok heres the template I am making:
Master Smuggler
Master Pikeman
Novice Pistolier
TKA 4004
What I want to know is this... I can put a 3 into one of those remaining TKA trees... should i go 4304 or 4034?

If all you are after is additional defenses, 4-3-0-4 is the way to go.
If you want to actually use TK to fight, then you'll want the UA Damage and Speed mods in 4-0-3-4.

the problem is you'll only be shooting once every ten seconds or so due to total lack of pistol speed....and miss most of the time due to total lack acc.
it may sound repetitive but TKM/M smugg /pistoleer will fit you much better

I'm not to sure about this one. Smuggler is a waist. I would agree with BloodMonk TKM/M smuggler/M Pistoleer would be the way to go.

ok here was why I chose what I did.
Master Smuggler: I liked the slicing and the dirty fighting.
Master Pikeman: This is actualy the combat profession I want for my main combat profession
Novice Pistolier: #1 Health Shot 2 gives a health bleed that will help a little. #2 (this I'm not sure about) Dodge +5... it may not seem like much but it gives me a chance to dodge (see TKA)
TKA: #1 Meditate. #2 The defense bonuse for melee and ranged. #3 the defense accuity adds to my chance to block and dodge.
Now what I was wondering is what would be better having the ability to fight unarmed as well or the exrta defense from 4304

this is probabally a bad idea, and here's why
with only novice pistoleer, you'll shoot REALLY slow, and hit very few times
if you're set on pikeman, go master brawler/tkm/master pikeman

Hey there.. im not yet jedi but im planning ahead and this is my idea:
MLS, 4304 powers, 2000 healer, 2004 enhancer.
I hope this is well rounded, because it gives me good combat
(MLS and 4304 powers), I can heal myself fairly good (2000 healer),
i can run away, channel my force, and meditate (2004 enhancer).
