Thread: Hardest Boss yet
There's nothing quite like having the help of 3 cl82 ancient bull rancors or 5 cl 74 klikniks. I still have to chug the bliel, but at least I haven't died yet. This works well on adventure planets, but obviously not so well on beginner planets.

just a little tip: probot. group him and use him after your first strike. The droid effectively takes care of any and all regen by the boss mob. I grinded from mrifle/mcarbs to MBH and the droid made all the difference between it being touch and go to completely routine.
Just don't forget the economic factor. $50k for a bomb droid to help complete a $30k mission.
But, Joker has a good point, they can be VERY helpful if you have the funds.
I didn't mean an exploding toaster oven, lol. Just a regular ole probot droid with combat modules and armor modules in it. The added firepower comes to about another 200DPS roughly and isn't subjected to animation pauses nor action running out. Generally speaking the droid gets 2 shots off to my one, and hits for about 84dmg. Doesn't sound like much but that is the regen rate on the boss mobs. So all you have to worry about is taking the 36k ham yourself. Keep a repair kit handy dandy in case you get incapped as the droid will pull the agro while your laying on your back, lol. Now that my guildies and i have refined our tactics food choices and weaponry, I've done over 20 boss mobs without an incap or anything even remotley close to one. Yes we cooperatively work on tactics and choices but solo the mobs. The really funny scene is when we go Krayt hunting now and there's 4 probots and 4 of us bringin them down in a hurry, lol.
Try it and see if it works for you, if not I suggest finding and looking for other alternative means. Heck it's half in not 90% of the fun!
