Thread: Curious about how many BHs are actually Jedi alts

Was bh before jedi and will remain bh. Play bh more than jedi as I don't feel the need to compound the GCW problems further. It's much more fun taking out rebel overt jedi parading around in their gank squads with my bh then going overt on my jedi these days. PVP outside of BHvsJedi just sucks right now IMO.

For me It depends on my mood, or whats happening on the server in the war. Ill go some days without touching my jedi, and im BH all the way, other times Im jedi all the way. Over all my jedi gets more air time though, likely always will, im a jedi before im a BH, but, I seem to have more fun with the BH side of things now.

I agree, I am an old school BH. Just about every new BH is a Jedi alt because they want to try to get LS CA's from the NPC's that's why I think it's stupid that we should be so happy to get good "loot". Most of the customers are BH's, so there is no one to sell too and what that means is we are still underpaid for a job well done.
I advocate making Player Jedi drop loot, and taking Jedi loot from NPC marks that way if you want LS CA's then you will have to kill one of your own. We will see how many Jedi alts are BH after that.

my jedi alt is a BH, but i have a crafting alt as well. My biggest thing is that i dont' have the time to craft as much as i would like, so i'm thinking of giving the account away to a guild mate so that the business still flows.
Personally, i love crafting, I love hunting, and I love being hunted(although i havn't been hunted in 3 months, ever since the BH nerf where they took names off the terminals) I'm not possitive, but i think I may be bugged, i'll have to get a friend to test one of these days by getting them to sit and pick up every rebel mission while i sit there by the terminal. hopefully i'm not bugged

Amazing...I seem to be one of the few MBHs thats not a jedi toy. Sad.......

Unless you have been around since the beginning of time, crafting is a tough and expensive business to get into. It takes a large variety of resources and quantities that are very expensive if you weren't there in the time they first spawned. BH is a much easier way to fund a Jedi. On avg. I'm able to kill a jedi once per hour. Thats 200k in the bank. The NPC's drop the best loot, some attachment can be sold for 5-20mil depending on the attachment itself. A crafter, on the other hand, takes a lot of time and dedication to produce the same profits.

Hmmm...well by BH is my Jedi, and I don't intend to change that. I'll be an MBH/ENH4404/Powers0400 when I'm done, so I'm not sure where I fall in this poll. My alt is a Mrifle/Mpistol/CM though, not a BH or a Jedi. Maybe I can just be a statistical anomaly.

You do realize they are nerfing cloak pub 25 right? And you're going to rely on +20innate armor and no healing for defenses?

Let's see, the changes being made to cloak don't bother me in the least, I'm more concerned with the changes being made to force run. I'll have novice defender and force armor, so that'd be +70 armor, not +20. Not that it matters, I'm not building a tank. If my mark gets close enough to hit me I already lost. I've also been a MBH/Mrifle/Pistol0003 for several months now, I've never had healing and I've killed plenty of jedi. Basically, this template will be designed for hit and run tactics. It is based around operating between 32m and 80m from my mark(jedi armor allows the use of cybernetic arms with no armor penalty). I doubt the template will be "ub3r", but it is going to be tons of fun.

My alt is a BH. I unlocked back in between P9 and P10. Right after P10 was released on us, I created my bounty hunter and have been hunting jedi ever since (though not so much lately). I'm at 75 kills or so. Most of those were done solo. PVP with my jedi is fun but there's nothing quite like stalking a prey waiting for the right moment to strike.

Actually having a BH alt makes more money in game atm than any crafting profession. Since they introduced the nice loot I've made at my last count532 million from said missions.
