I can confirm that they do drop from Tier 4 Blacksun. I got my first last night, they are rare but do drop. Ive done about 4 full duties since the smuggler change and only gottone one.

My opinion? Both, but I guess I never understood the economy in this game anyway. Things such as a jedi starfighter that can only be gotten once per character and is one of the best all-around fighters (actually useable mind you) going for not even a quarter of what a 2 year hologram goes for that just sits in the corner of your house and rotates. I guess I'm just silly

The flaw with your argument is that not every server has the inflation that Bloodfin does.Some have it worse, in fact, but the majority don't. If you're working by comparing the price to a 193 damage krayt tissue, it could somewhat easilysell for half the price on other servers, thus making the 2 mil core booster somewhat of a ripoff.
yes you havea very valid point - but on avarage there isa large buffer there in pricing for core boosters vs krayt tissue which ever server you look at. i would safelyassume also that there are far more people on any server hunting for tissues than core boosters at anyone time further reducing the cost of krayt tissue (more of it = lower prices). this is often the way - over inflation - with all new items. all those new loot made posters were selling for millions...hands up who paid 1000s for posters of luke and liea when they first appeared. i'd say calm down, prices are - give or take - inline with other similar weapon increasing loots - tissues.
personally i think this is more an issue of number and availability of the core boosters compaied against the old craftable weapon upgrade kits/knifes/etcand nothing to do with current prices.

6.5 full duty missions here (also take me about an hour each), and one core booster. Looted it on my 2nd duty mission off a tier 4 BS. Kill tally so far: 467 tier 4's, 96 tier 5's.
