Noooo they dont need to make Jedi less powerful ! The profession has been gimped enough as it is.
The problem is the BH community has been screwed over by the changes to the Terminals. All they young Padawans needed was Group visibility changed (which they finally got). What they should have done is kept the BH mission selection the same and allow atleast 2 BH to take on a single jedi mark, that is all. That way if a BH wants the challenge of a Full Temp, they can take a friend. At the same time....young padawans get a chance to grind out with some degree of safety and if they get sloppy or decide to do NPC quests etc, he/she becomes an easy mark by their own doing.
